If you are coming to the beach, stay right on the beach with us as this is value priced.
Aquarius condos are in a prime location with private beach access and a shower to rinse off.
While on the smaller side for a 2-bedroom condo, the convenience of the living room, full kitchen, and separate bedrooms for privacy is great for families with small children.
There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The complex includes one free parking spot off the street behind the secure gate, and a staffed front desk for assistance.
The exact bedding includes a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunkbeds in the second bedroom, a pull-out couch as a small full-sized bed, and a provided airbed. Please bring bedding if you plan on using the airbed or pullout, though all other bedding is provided, The maximum guest count is 6.
The property is in likely the best location on the Island, being both beachfront and walkable to the entertainment district with many bars, restaurants, and shops. In front of the property, you can rent beach umbrellas and chairs.
The pool is seasonally heated, and the hot tub is always heated. The community use BBQ pits with a pergola offer a great view of the beach near the pool and are very hard to find on the Island.
This property has coin-operated laundry and dryer on the ground floor for cleaning up before heading home.
While this condo is beachfront on the 4th floor, it offers great bay views, which means beautiful sunsets and fireworks on the bayside at times and does not afford beach views really

Please note boats and trailers are not allowed, and a gate code is required for secure parking entry. A golf cart is considered a vehicle. If you have more than one car, consider using the intermodal center parking lot 1 mile away or the post office. Free parking on the city street Gulf can be challenging on weekends.
Fresh towels and linens are provided with your stay. For stays over 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens at no charge at our office South Padre Island Trips, 2600 Padre Blvd, locally managed.

Before booking, it is essential that you read and agree to all house rules. We have a strict cancellation policy and do not offer refunds Please ask questions before booking to avoid disappointment. We are happy to answer any questions you have before booking.
This property requires a signed rental agreement you may e-sign via Docusign prior to arrival. Attach a picture of your photo ID or upload it to messaging to verify you are 25 years of age or older. If you are under 25, we do not allow you to book unless you contact us first.
Aquarius requires all guests to wear wristbands. In March, the property HOA charges $35 per person plus tax for security wristbands we pre collect for. We provide a starter pack of toiletries, trash bags, soaps, and more, though they are not unlimited nor replenished.

You will have full private access to our fourth floor condo which features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen for your family meals. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared complex amenities including the seasonally heated swimming pool, the hot tub, and the community barbecue area with a pergola that offers beautiful views of the beach. Secure off street parking is provided for one vehicle behind a gated entrance, and a convenient laundry facility is available on the ground floor for your use. Private beach access is located directly on the property.

Experience the best of South Padre Island from our prime beachfront location at the Aquarius. You are situated in the heart of the island entertainment district, putting you within a short walking distance of a wide variety of popular bars, restaurants, and local shops. Whether you want to grab a casual bite or enjoy a night out, the convenience of being this close to the action is unbeatable. Our property offers direct private beach access, allowing you to step onto the sand in seconds. For added convenience, beach chair and umbrella rentals are available right in front of the building. This central location ensures you are never far from the excitement while still enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of a beachfront retreat.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy from our beachfront location. Your stay includes one dedicated parking spot behind a secure gated entrance. Please note that boats and trailers are not permitted on the property and golf carts are considered vehicles. If you are traveling with more than one car, additional free parking is available nearby at the intermodal center or the post office, and limited free street parking can be found along Gulf Boulevard. While our prime location allows you to walk to most local bars and restaurants, we recommend having a vehicle for longer trips or exploring the wider island. The property is approximately forty five minutes from the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport.
Other Things to Note:
Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. Please note that a signed rental agreement and a photo identification are required prior to your arrival to verify that the primary guest is at least 25 years of age. The property requires a gate code for secure parking and allows for one vehicle per stay. Boats, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted on the premises. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 9 am. We provide a starter pack of toiletries and paper products which are not replenished during your stay. During the month of March, all guests between the ages of 10 and 35 are required to wear building issued wristbands which must be purchased in advance. At checkout, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with all used dishes, and remove all trash to the designated dumpsters to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.
