With a wooded back yard and brand new hot tub, the tranquil setting is perfect to enjoy Pocono Mountain nature. Four beaches and three pools are available in the community to enjoy during your stay! We have everything you need from board games to puzzles, hot tub, and cozy fire pit so you can relax and unwind!

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This gorgeous forest hideaway accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms The master bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed.

The secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin-sized bunk beds. An additional twin-size trundle bed is located beneath the bunks. TVs in all three rooms.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are two full bathrooms, each of them stocked with the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The first floor bathroom has a bath/shower combo as well as a washer and dryer for your use. The second bathroom has a shower only. We provide shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each bathroom.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining area seats 6 guests at the gorgeous wooden table. We even have a high chair for our smallest guests to use!

Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with our fully-stocked coffee bar. There's even an air fryer so you can make your favorite meals!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home boasts a cozy fire pit with plenty of space for you to relax around. There is a table on the back deck for your enjoyment as well as a bbq grill. We have provided some outdoor games to help make your stay fun!

Guests also have access to the amenities and activities that the Arrowhead Lake gated community has to offer, such as beaches, pools, and a community center with pool tables and a fitness center.

The brand new, 6-person hot tub is right off the back deck making it easy to go out and enjoy a relaxing soak!

Other things to note:
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee

**Good to know:** Community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability can occasionally change. We'll always let you know of any updates we're aware of, but we cannot guarantee amenity access and are unable to offer refunds or adjustments if the pool or lake is unexpectedly unavailable during your stay.

This home is located in a community with full-time residents. We aim to be respectful neighbors and kindly ask that you do the same. Quiet hours will be strictly observed and enforced.

You have full access to the entire house!

The shed on the property, however, is not open for guest use.
