The most tranquil setting you will ever experience in Hot Springs, Arkansas! No neighbors. No noise. Incredible views from back deck of Lake Hamilton and our 20 ac private forest. It's like you are in a tree house! The boat dock and one fire pit is down at the lake. 4 kayaks and life jackets are included. There are two master suites and 2 other private bedrooms, plus one loft that sleeps 2. 8 person hot tube. 4.5 bathrooms. Two tables on the patio, 6 lounge chairs on the deck area, covered and uncovered. There is a secret wine cellar underground! 3 separate seating areas . 3 bar top areas. 4 TV's. A propane gas grill. A new Blackstone griddle. A propane fire pit. A charcoal grill. Boat dock for one boat.

We had a fantastic stay at Steve’s lakehouse! Everyone had space to spread out and really enjoy all of the amenities that this house has to offer. We’d definitely stay here again.

This house was fantastic. We loved the variety of activities - pool, shuffle board, darts, poker table, hot tub, kayaks, grill, firepit, side by side, movies, games. The deck and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. There were several sitting areas to lounge in and tables to work puzzles. But our favorite spot was the wine cellar.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Online photos don't do it justice. Great relaxing experience with the family. Long wide open floorplan allowing for multiple groups to have little breakaway areas. Blackstone was a hit as well as the hot tub and deck chairs overlooking the lake. Would definitely come back again.

Amazing Lake House

Lake house was gorgeous, clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone had a blast and throughly enjoyed the stay. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to others and would definitely stay there again! Thanks Steve for everything!

We enjoyed our time here! The owner provides you with a side by side and a jeep! We didn't use the jeep but we loved using the other to go down to theprivate acess lake and dock to fish...it was amazing!! The owner was basically on call at all times and very helpful. We also took the kayaks ( that the owner also provided) out and had a blast on the lake. There are 3 - 2 seaters and 1 regular size one which was great for our family of 5. The house is awesome!! Huge! The game room is perfect. Card table , old scool arcade games...The pool table and hot tub was a big hit for the entire family! The underground wine room was cool also. Can't say enough about this place. We plan on booking again for spring break for our daughters senior year next year. 10/10 on overall experience.

Beautiful Home with Incredible Views and Thoughtful Amenities

My cousins and I stayed at this lake house on Lake Hamilton during the last weekend of July, and it was a fantastic setting for our family gathering. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable and well appointed. We especially appreciated the multiple common areas throughout the home, which made it easy to spend quality time together without ever feeling cramped.One of the biggest highlights was the kitchen — it was by far the best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen in a short-term rental. From cutlery and cookware to serving ware and extras you usually have to bring yourself, we lacked for nothing (except a digital thermometer and Dutch oven, which we ended up buying and leaving for future guests). It made cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable, and we only ate out once!The massive deck offered stunning views of the lake — we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the scenery without ever needing to go down to the water. That said, the home does have lake access with a dock and kayaks available, but it’s a bit of a trek and requires use of the provided side-by-side. For our large group, it wasn’t the most convenient setup, but the deck more than made up for it.The host was very responsive and open to the constructive feedback we shared (like a few burnt-out lightbulbs and minor maintenance issues). Nothing interfered with our stay, but it was clear they care

Overall a great trip

Rating: (4 out of 5)We stayed here with five adults and four kids and had a great time overall. The home was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The layout is ideal for large groups—wide, long, and very open, giving everyone space to relax. The A/C and fans worked great, the living area was super comfortable, and the streaming setup was solid.The property was gated and easy to access once we got the hang of the layout. It felt safe and private, which we really appreciated. Inside the house, everything felt clean and thoughtfully arranged. No complaints there.That said, a few things could be improved. The beds were very firm and there weren’t enough pillows. The dartboard had no darts. The kayaks were in rough shape and not really usable. The boat dock, while a nice feature, wasn’t walkable—you had to use the provided ATV to get there, and moving a group required multiple trips. Fishing off the dock wasn’t really an option either. The listing mentions 22 acres, but most of it is wooded and not usable space.Would we stay again? Probably not, mainly because of the dock and outdoor limitations. But the house itself was great, and all the families had a good stay. With a few small tweaks, this could easily be a 5-star spot.
