Waterfront tiny home in private setting! Come see what it would be like to live small in nature! Climb the ladder and sleep in the loft or convert the living area sofa into a bed. You can even book a guide who will bring you boots, waders, a fly rod and flies and do fly fishing lessons if you desire. This is not included in your stay but message host to get cost and book this extra. Build a fire in the fire pit and roast marshmallows!
The space
Come experience our Tiny Home located on a large mountain creek! Relax and enjoy the outdoors! Depending on the season you can fish, swim, tube, or roast a marshmallow in the fire pit. Red Apple Barn is just minutes away for hay rides and apple picking in season. Several wineries in the area to check out, including Cartecay Vineyards. Downtown Ellijay has great restaurants and eclectic shopping. Amicalola State Park, Fort Mountain, & Cohutta Mountain are just a few of the hiking areas within 30 minutes. Come to get unplugged and enjoy the outdoors - No WIFI, No TV. No AT&T cell service. Verizon cell service is here. Not sure about others.

Inside the tiny, you have a complete fully stocked kitchen, large sink, and a cute little wooden table to enjoy your meals. The windows inside can all open with screens if the weather permits and you can wake up to the fresh air. There’s also AC/Heat available. The bathroom is really amazing considering it is a tiny home, with a full-size tub/shower combo and a regular size toilet & full sink area.

We’ve added a small porch on the outside that is a perfect spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning. There is a gas grill if you prefer to cook outside. You may even see humming birds feasting on the honeysuckles or a deer grazing if the season is right!

Complete access to the Tiny & creek. If you are interested in fly fishing with a guide or taking a fly fishing lesson on site at the Tiny let us know. We can provide all fishing equipment - rods, waders, fly rod, etc. or you can bring your own and just get the guide or the lesson. Prices will be quoted before booking and subject to guide availability.

If you need additional room for other people or families traveling together. check out our other two sites. All three are spreadout on over 4.5 acres.



If you rent more than one site, I will give a discount. Also you can tent camp by the creek if you rent both the Tiny and the Camper. Just let me know in advance.
Other things to note
Please quiet down by 10 pm. In a quiet rural area sound carries. My neighbors would not appreciate late night noise. There is a camper on another lot and it also rents and can be found by checking my other listings. The creek area is 400 feet and is shared by potentially up to 3 rentals. We also have a handicap accessible efficiency apartment which rents as well. The entire property including the well has backup generators so no concerns about mountain power outages here.
