The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host and manager were in constant communication with us to make sure our stay wemt smoothly. The condo is within walking distance to the beach , shopping, and restaurants. We would live to visit again!

Stop looking for a place to stay and book this condo NOW! This place was not only clean….it was immaculate! Park your car, as your stay here is just a short walk across the street from the beach. Numerous shops, restaurants, AND ice cream is also a short walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal if you decide to stay in. TWO different coffee pots (a drip & a Keurig) are also in the kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable & spacious. Don’t miss out on the pool! It is beautiful and plenty of lounge chairs and tables for your use!! There are some very nice tennis courts next to the pool, but we didn’t use those. We will DEFINITELY re-book this condo on our next stay at Hilton Head Island!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The description was spot on and I would venture to say that I haven’t stayed at a cleaner condo. Not one single thing gave me the ick. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the recliners in the living room. Having a place for everyone to gather and watch a movie at the end of the day is important to us. We will definitely book here again.

Spacious condo in a great location

The location is great as it is within walking distance to Coligny shopping area, many restaurants and the beach. We loved how spacious the condo was and the furniture was comfy as well! The pool was a good size with beautiful scenery surrounding it. The parking underneath the building was nice and made it easy to load and unload with the elevators nearby. I also really appreciated the communication from the owners and the property manager prior to and during our stay. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were available to use as well.

Wonderful Time!

Everything was absolutely excellent! The owner Phillip was very nice and the property manager Meagan was outstanding and even got us into the condo early! We appreciate all you guys did for us. The condo is beautiful!

A good stay.

Location good. Park behind, Coligny and beach access just minutes away.Garage and elevators makes it easier to get to Villas.

What a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at HHI. We had everything we needed during our beach trip. The small walk to the ocean was no issue at all. We thoroughly enjoyed the shaded paths to walk, the tennis courts, and the swimming pool. The condo was very nice and spacious. We hope to stay here again!

Great condo

We had a wonderful trip! The walk to the beach was manageable with a wagon with a toddler and infant. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk to restaurants, ice cream, and a fun playground. The showers are nice and updated, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had all the basics that we needed for cooking breakfasts and lunches.

Excellent Experience

We were in town for the Heritage Golf Tournament. The bus picks up at coligny and this was the perfect location to walk to and from the bus. The condo was clean and spacious. Anytime we had a question, Meagan was there to respond promptly and kindly. We plan to attend next year and will be looking to rebook for sure.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Great communication from owners before and during the stay. Condo was nice with plenty of room and on the first level. Location is incredible!! Walk or bike to the beach, shops, or restaurants in minutes. We all enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location on Hilton Head Island

We had a great time in Hilton Head. This rental is a fabulous location. It’s a close walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.The condo is very clean! Plenty of towels were provided along with a small supply of paper products to get you started. Also, the owner is very prompt to respond to questions you may have.

Great place to stay!!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is super convenient to things like the beach, a coffee shop, shopping for everything and also entertainment, this is the place!! We could walk everywhere. I highly recommend it
