Bienvenido a Tradewinds, esta hermosa casa de nueva construcción se encuentra directamente en las playas de arena blanca de Indian Shores. La casa consta de 6 habitaciones con 4. 5 baños distribuidos en 3 plantas.

El primer piso consta de un amplio garaje que puede acomodar fácilmente de 2 a 3 autos. Pase por la puerta y tome el ascensor o las escaleras hasta el segundo piso.

En el segundo piso, entrará en una gran sala de estar abierta con enormes ventanas con vistas a la playa. El salón también tiene un gran sofá con TV de pantalla plana. Hay una fantástica cocina con placa de gas y estufa, horno eléctrico combinado / microondas, refrigerador y lavaplatos con capacidad para 6 personas en la isla. También hay un bar húmedo y un rincón de desayuno junto con un comedor formal. Puede salir al balcón para hacer una barbacoa o sentarse y disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas.

En este nivel hay dos dormitorios, uno con una cama king, el otro con dos juegos de literas, que solo acomodarán a los niños. Estas habitaciones comparten un baño Jack'n'Jill con ducha. También hay un medio baño para que los huéspedes lo usen fuera de la sala de estar.

El tercer piso consta de los 4 dormitorios restantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un amplio vestidor. El baño principal cuenta con una bañera profunda y una cabina de ducha separada, así como un lavabo doble / tocador.

2 dormitorios tiene una cama king y una combinación de bañera / ducha en suite. Esta habitación y el maestro comparten un gran balcón con increíbles vistas de la playa y el Golfo de México.

Las otras dos habitaciones en este piso comparten un baño Jack'n'Jill. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen, el otro una cama king. También hay una sala de lavandería en el 3er piso. Todas las habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana.

La parte trasera de la propiedad tiene una piscina y una bañera de hidromasaje, con tumbonas y asientos para que usted y su grupo se relajen. También hay una ducha al aire libre para que te enjuagues después de un chapuzón en el cálido Golfo de México, que está a solo unos pasos. Hay muchas comodidades y juguetes para su uso. Tenemos sillas y sombrillas de playa, tablas de paddle y kayaks disponibles para su uso *. También hay una cuna completa, pack-n-play, trona y puertas para bebés para su conveniencia.

Beautiful, spacious house right on the beach! Everything about the house was as described. We enjoyed a beach vacation with 2 other families and there was enough room in the house that we were not crowded. Alex was very responsive with our questions. I'd definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this house, and everyone loved it! The grandkids loved the pool, and really got into the beach this year. The amount of space is great, and you can’t beat the sunsets!

We needed a home to accommodate 10 people for a family reunion and there was enough space and rooms for all. When the elevator didn’t work the day we checked in Alex was there within minutes to fix it. There were enough plates, cups, mugs, cookware, and utensils in the kitchen as well as a nice supply of beach/pool towels and bath towels too. Not having to bring my own beach chairs was a plus! I am giving this a 5 star rating for the location, pool, beach access, and overall proximity to activities and the Tampa airport. We have 2 suggestions that would have made the week even more enjoyable..a curtain or blinds on the main level of the home for the floor to ceiling windows to block the sun . We could never get the temp below 74 on that level due to the lack of shade. And it would have been nice to have some umbrellas for the pool. We didn’t spend as much time at the pool due to the lack of cover. We would stay again even if these are not added. It was a great week for all regardless! Definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful and incredibly well stocked - beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, pool floats, beach games, etc. The location was perfect, the house was very clean, and the owner was very responsive. We had a truly amazing vacation. The ice machine did not work and had dust in it so it had not been working for some time. One of the ovens also did not work for baking purposes. The stove top worked but not the actual oven. We paid extra to have the pool heated but it didn’t really change the temperature of the pool. The owner owns all three houses in a row and we talked to the guests at the other two houses and they were having the same problem - unless you’re staying in winter I probably wouldn’t recommend spending the extra money. Overall, I would recommend staying at this house for a large number of guests and I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property overall and wold recommend it to others with only one issue.The location was fantastic--easy beach access made our days relaxing and we loved being able to walk right to the sand.The house itself is spacious with plenty of room for our group, and the bed configuration worked perfectly for everyone.The views were beautiful, especially from the main areas, and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the scenery.Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at the home, which was a big plus for us.On the downside, the pool and hot tub were not functioning like they should during our stay--the heater was not working properly. We were disappointed as the pool is one of the amenities we really enjoy. Would have been nice if the host wold have taken the initiative to just have a pool company look at it right away. The host did refund part of our money for the heating of the pool. Which we appreciated.Overall, the home's strength in location, space, comfort, and views made for a memorable trip despite the pool heater issue. We'd consider staying. Thank you to the host for a mostly great experience!

The best family 40th anniversary trip

This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our 3 generations of family. The elevator was greatly appreciated for our daughter with disabilities plus this grandma with recent knee replacements. Sad to leave. IRB has been my favorite return vacay for over 60 years.

Great for all four generations of our family

The house is beautiful with a floor plan that is perfect for a large family. It was very accommodating for all twelve of us ranging in ages 84 - 1 year old. It is on the beach and close to activities for all ages.

It’s a beautiful place!

Beautiful pool and beach- roomy house with many king beds and bathrooms - close to airport- lots of unique restaurants nearby- enormous kitchen has everything (but the ice maker is broken). Had a great time.

Perfect beach vacation home

We loved being able to walk out the back of the home and onto the beach. The house has everything you need - beach chairs, umbrellas & towels, we’ll equipped kitchen, great living area space to dine and play games, comfortable beds, pool & hot tub. We loved it!

Wonderful place to stay

Alex was a great host. Checkin is so easy. They responded quickly to any request. The house is very nice. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, views are fabulous. It was the perfect place for us.

Fantastic IRB Home for Family and Friends

We had a wonderful vacation and spent the majority of time at the house! With a beautiful pool, oceanfront beach access and a well-appointed home, there was no need to leave! We traveled with two other families and had kids ranging from 5-10 years old. There was plenty of room for each family and we had everything we needed - just add groceries. The host was very responsive to all questions. We would definitely recommend this property and host to anyone interested in staying in IRB!

Ultimate relaxing beach vacation

Our family had the best time in Indian Rocks Beach. The house is large and beautiful with the most amazing views of amazing sunsets which we enjoyed every evening from the balcony. We spent our days going from beach to pool to beach to pool. There is no substitute for being oceanfront!!

Tradewinds is a brand new home which hosted its for the very first time for Christmas 2017. The home has been uniquely designed from our tried and tested floor plan we have used over the past couple of years. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the layout when be build the first home of this design in 2016 so we have continued with the trend. Each home is appointed with the finest finishings and decorations. There is no doubt you, your family and friends will enjoy every moment of their vacation.
