Private, wooded Boyne Mountain retreat just 100 yards from the lift! Updated December 2025 2BR/2BA condo with gas fireplace, heated floors, updated decor, revoated bathrooms, ski storage, and access to the resort pool, hot tub, and gym with pruchase of a day pass. Sleeps 6.

We live locally and are available in an emergency otherwise please call or text us for any questions of concerns during your stay!

Annual family ski weekend

Great location. Short walk to lifts which was perfect for kids. Ski locker was great to have a place for our gear out of the way. Condo was updated and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Fall Colors Adventure

If your looking for great location look no further. This chalet is close to everything you want to do in the Boyne Resort. It was perfect! It had everything you needed to make a meal or two. You could not ask for better communication or check in process. We loved it here and plan to be back.

We cane up for a family member's memorial. Great accommodations, only concern was a bright light from outside did shine in windows. Black out curtains would be a lovely addition to a great condo at Bonye!

"Clean Condo Near Boyne Mountain, But Lacking Extras"

The kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. However, the property lacks extras like games for downtime entertainment. Only one set of towels is provided per guest, which requires doing laundry for longer stays. While the communal laundry facility is free, no laundry soap is supplied, unlike most properties that offer a small amount. Additionally, the management was unresponsive to requests for extra towels, even after addressing an ant issue during our stay. Typically, hosts provide additional towels when no in-unit laundry is available. For these reasons, I rate it four stars.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and accurately described in the listing, with a great location close to Boyne Mountain. However, there were several small but important details that detracted from our overall experience.There were no extra towels or washcloths provided in the bathroom, and the kitchen lacked basic essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, Saran Wrap, and even a kitchen washcloth. Only one kitchen hand towel was supplied for our entire stay, which was inconvenient.The welcome book could be improved significantly. It didn’t include instructions for operating the TV remotes or the heating/cooling unit, which led to a fair bit of fumbling to figure things out.Communication before arrival was also disappointing. When I asked the owner whether the property had a gated entrance with a code, I received a curt response directing me to their separate Happy Guest booking link which didn’t contain the answer. I was driving 7.5 hours and simply wanted a yes or no. A straightforward response would have been much more helpful.Additionally, there were guests in the upstairs unit smoking cigars on the balcony. While the smoke itself didn’t bother us, ashes and a cigar butt were left on the ground, which was concerning for a property listed as non-smoking.Overall, the condo itself met expectations and was as advertised, but some attention to basic amenities, clearer instructions, and more thoughtful communication would go a long way in improving the guest experience.
