We loved the house! Kitchen was large and appliances were new. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and that everything was labeled. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and the house was well decorated. Love the front and back seating areas. Overall a fantastic property!

What a beautiful, warm and inviting home!!! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and we really enjoyed returning to the house for the peace and quiet of the cute neighborhood after all the wedding activities. Thank you Matt and Karen for the prompt responses when I had a question and for sharing your home with us!! If we return to Falmouth, we won’t want to stay anywhere else!

Southcoast Wind Cape Cod Marathon Weekend

Two members of our party were participating in road races Columbus Day weekend (one in the half marathon Saturday, and the other the full marathon on Sunday). The house was perfect in every way, from it's location on Striper Lane in close proximity to the marathon route, to the house itself. Matt and Karen thought of every amenity, from bikes in the shed to fans in practically every room. We loved the deck and had beautiful weather. The beds were comfy and the linens and towels were provided - which was a treat. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed and we took advantage of the Weber grill on the deck and the fire pit in the backyard. Highly recommend and would love to return during the summer months some day!

East Falmouth House

This is a newly renovated, air-conditioned, immaculate house! The beds and furnishings are very comfortable and it is well laid out with spaces to gather and areas for privacy. The basement has a game room, sitting areas and TV with Wii. It is also the most well-stocked house we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there is a variety of sports equipment (kayaks, bicycles, tennis racquets) and beach gear so you don't have to pack a carload of gear. The deck (with gas grill) is great for outdoor dining and the fenced backyard makes it safe for small children. The additional fee for the clubhouse is worth the use of the pools (until 8 PM!) and tennis court. The owners have thought of everything!
