This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two level, property with a 1 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14557.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King, en-suite bathroom 1, 32” TV and an exterior deck

Nice Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty nice unit but the big easy chair in living room was grimy so we covered it and the not so clean sofa with extra sheets. We were not provided bath soap nor shampoo so had to run to Safeway for that. Beds were comfy. Primary bedroom’s screen door was broken, patio chairs were broken, BBQ was FILTHY and tiny - time to replace it for sure. Living room lamp had an exposed wire that had a small bit of tape over it - a true hazard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Snowcreek and this units quiet nature location. We’ve stayed here before. It’s bright and has a well equipped kitchen. It needs new carpeting or preferably other than carpeting. White carpeting is not holding up well. The dining room blinds need urgent replacement and master bath window has the same moisture damage it had a year ago. Time for some TLC to make it perfect again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So much wrong: slats on blinds broken off. Controls broken too. Had to manually lift them out of the way to access deck. Dirty rugs. Broken, dirty, uncomfortable furniture, broken window front bedroom, lacked 6 flatware settings, dryer inadequate, frig temp controls off—froze all. Garbage can lever broken. 2 cuts on feet using it. Too few towels, etc.

They are slightly off the main path making it a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Mammoth. Yet it's close enough to all the activities. The unit is clean and well organized with all the amenities needed to make it a nice visit. Perfect for a small family and even better for just the two of us. It was a getaway we've been looking forward to and we were not disappointed.

Spacious and Bright

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall 776 Fairway Circle was bright and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out or find their own little space for alone time. Some things need addressing though: The fireplace didn't work and we were told that you need to remove the panel on the bottom of the fireplace to adjust the gas. Ours didn't work because the pilot light was not lit and it looks like they came and lit it while we were out. (Some written instructions on the fireplace would be helpful.Maybe add it to the info card on the fridge.) The chair in the living room has to go! It is sooooo dirty and has absolutely no padding on it. It made it a little crowded for all 4 of us to squeeze in on the couch. The slider blinds were broken. Several slats broken and no tilt rod on one blind. The blinds also have no way to stay up so unless someone is going to stand there to hold them open, you can't come in and out, that meant no use of the patio. One of the under cabinet kitchen light bars were out and it made it a little dark in that part of the kitchen. The downstairs is freezing!!! Heat rises! You can't turn on the heater to warm up the downstairs (master bedroom) without baking out everybody upstairs. It was fine to sleep in, we had to put an extra blanket on the bed to stay warm but we did stay warm. We ended up moving our shower stuff to the kids bathroom upstairs because it was freezing in the bathroom. There is no clock in the entire place except the microwave. I set the time on that but unless you carry your phone or wear a watch at all times you would have no clue what time it is. The unit could use at least one clock upstairs and downstairs. The unit needs some hangers. Plenty of storage space throughout! Also it was very clean. Just needs some updating. The attached garage was a bonus! Great view! Family loved the use of Snowcreek Athletic Club.

Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at snowcreek since they first opened. it is my "go to" choice of places.This time i was extreme;ly disappointed in the condition of the rental. It needed a very deep cleaning. The beds in the upstairs bedroom were impossible to sleep in. The location was fantastic. I was so thrilled to in the mountains, I went ahead and overlooked the condition of the rental. I will be back, just not to that unit.

The onsite property manager (Mike) was very on top of things regarding snow removal and safety inspections. The maintenance person Snowcreek sent out to address the fireplace pilot light and garage door issue was very prompt, friendly and helpful.We slept on the bed downstairs which was quite comfortable. We did not use the upstairs bedroom or twin beds. The living room sofa and chair are not only dated and dirty, but VERY uncomfortable. As others have commented, it’s time for an update on these two furniture pieces.

My expectations were met 100%. Jaime at Snow Creek office was so nice and professional. We happen to arrive earlier than expected and Jaime facilitated an early check in for us so we can store our groceries. The check in and check out process was contactless and done via email and texts which was wonderful!

Large home, good kitchen, convenient location. We loved the place overall. 2 parking spots (1 in the garage, 1 in driveway). Cleanliness was not up to par. There were a couple of cookies under the sofa, and our puppy went straight to them. (it could have been disastrous..). The 2 beds in the upstairs bedroom are small, and can only fit 1 person each. There's a sofa bed in the living room which was not very nice. The pillows overall were also high and uncomfortable.

Great property with the late January snow fall. Opened up the back door to all kinds of snow fun.

Great property..minor updates would have made this stay perfect. Found Coffee pot cracked when making early morning coffee..picked up another cheap pot and replaced. Had a stereo and speakers but was unplugged. After plugging in found out system didn’t work. Pillows also over stuffed and a bit uncomfortable. But even these minor gripes weren’t enough to ruin anything. Perfect location and our whole family enjoyed every minute. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Walk upstairs to a very open living area. Soaring ceilings. Nicely decorated. The bedroom on this level has 2 twin beds which was not great for our adult daughter but this is what we chose last minute. Fine for small kids but the room is large and Maybe some day the owner would put a full or queen beds or even a king would fit nicely. The Master is down a few steps when you walk in through the nice wide hallway that has storage. garage access was great. I would say that I enjoyed the townhouse better than I thought and that the pictures did not show that. It was clean with plenty of crispy white towels provided. We used the fan from the downstairs master closet up stairs and placed it in front of the window to create the perfect temperature. Bring your spices if you plan to cook or relax and support the local restaurants like we did.

Cozy but could be cleaner

I have stayed at snow Creek properties for many years now. The unit has a a beautiful view and it has all you need to be comfortable. This unit allows pets and you could tell. The unit could be cleaned a little better. The worse part was the dog hairs on the couch. With that said, I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Perfect property for us and are well behaved doggies!

Only request: wash cloths and more dish towels. The tea kettle needs to be replaced as it spilled all over every time we made tea😳 but other than that... absolutely wonderful!!! We WILL be back👍
