Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rentals 980 Fairway Circle

This is a converted, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 5. Bedroom 3 is for owners’ exclusive use. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14487.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King, en-suite bathroom 1, 32” TV and an exterior deck
⬧ Clothes washer and dryer

⟾ MAIN LEVEL 2 offers:
⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 43” TV

    Late Season Fishing Trip

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to take one last fishing trip to Mammoth before the winter hit. We always stay at Snowcreek, but this was our first time in this unit. It was very well furnished. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. (some units we have stayed in have had the BARE minimum, this one had everything we could have ever needed). Unit was very clean and had more than enough towels. Only complaint is that since covid hit, it appears the new cleaning protocol means none of the beds have comforters or blankets and there were none in the closets. Being late in the season, the nights were cold. I suggest bringing your own heavy blankets. Overall, would definitely select this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: Located in the old part of Mammoth with nice views off the living and bedroom balconies, this is located in the desirable Snowcreek V development. Check in and communication with the property manager was easy and she was responsive. A great spot if you have dogs with Sherwin Meadow steps away. While I really enjoy the location, the place needs updating. The beige carpets have a number of dark stains and the furniture in the living room is wearing thin.

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we arrived at the unit there was a group of painters/workers scraping the paint off of the unit and they had taken over the driveway which made it very difficult for us to unload our vehicles and settle into the unit. They were in the process of scraping paint off of the porch area and all of the deck/balcony areas (front and back). They left paint scraping all over the exterior of the unit as well. Even after notifying Snowcreek management of the disturbances and requesting their help, the workers continued to work on this unit in subsequent days, totally ruining our vacation, which was supposed to be quiet and relaxing! The management could not help in postponing the work schedule for us. The only option was for us to re-pack our belongings, re-load the vehicles and move to another unit, then un-load the vehicles and un-pack our belongings which was not only stressful but exhausting for us. Regarding the condition of unit 980, it appeared in general worn down, some window treatment devices needed repairs, downstairs lamp fixture switch was broken and would not turn on which made the bedroom very dark, upstairs bathroom bath/shower faucet was incredibly tight and difficult to handle, and the kitchen was missing some utensils (ie utility knife.). Overall this was a horrible and stressful experience for us, and we are wondering that if Snowcreek management, HOA/owners and contractors/workers cannot coordinate and cooperate with each other to ensure that vacation renters be allowed a calm and relaxing time at Snowcreek Resort, we might need re-consider our vacation choices. Please note that in the past over many years of staying at Snowcreek Resort, we have alway had a pleasant experience and enjoyed staying at the various units.

    nice condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a solo traveller staying in a 2 BR condo with garage, so had abundant space. Condo was very bright and pleasant though paint and wood trim a bit warn.Bed comfortable. Heat worked well. Everything inside the condo functioned. The closest hot tub was not operational. The next closest hot tub was open, but the water was not warm enough and the jets didn't work. An unsecured electical box above the timer for the jets looked dangerous. The toilet paper in the condo must have been the cheapest the condo operators could buy. The bulk dishwasher gel must have been cheaper than pods, but not as convenient.

    Great location

    Great location and pretty nice unit but carpet and living room furniture has seen their day a long time ago…didn’t realize it was a pet friendly unit which would explain the carpet…if I was going up with a pet, this unit would be top on my list…still, it has a great location and views … just needs a little work

Nice location with nearby spa access within the complex. Dog allowed.The unit is clean and the beds comfortable, but bring your own pillows - these are huge and overstuffed. The unit, however, is very well-worn and needs updating throughout. I've communicated with management about specifics.

    Mammoth is the Place

Love the fact we could bring our pup :) If there is a complaint it would be with the cleanliness of the place. Carpets were very dirty and looked like they had not been vacuumed. I found small piles of paper and old food on the carpet. The drain in the bathroom/bathtub room upstairs doesn't drain well so when you are taking a shower the water pools at the bottom of the tub. Refrigerator was not cleaned well...smelled like maple syrup and food was caked on the door handle :( I also found someones old clothes in one of the bedroom drawers!! This is a beautiful site it just needs more TLC and cleaning correctly...Maybe a smart TV too so we can stream our own shows. Overall we loved our stay just needing a proper cleaning job!!

    Very Roomy and close to everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was more room than we needed for 2 adults and 2 dogs. It was nice not feeling cramped. The townhouse was equipped with everything you may need and there's a grocery store only 5 minutes down the road. Location of this place is awesome. I don't think I drove more than 10-15 min. to get up the slopes. My only complaint is that there isn't large grassy areas for the dogs. The houses are pretty close together and there isn't many greenbelt area which can make taking the dogs out for their business a little tricky. You also have access to awesome amenities, I just wish one of these amenities was an off leash enclosed dog park. These are small complaints Omani really focused on my dogs. I think for any family this place this great, I highly recommend.

    Great Getaway

Check-in was easy, the house was clean and has nice views out the front and back.The management team was very helpful and quick to respond. My only suggestion would be to have the instructions on how to get Netflix to work (not intuitive) and how to turn on the fireplace manually be left in the house.

    Nice rental for pet owners

    We found this unit to be perfect for our stay with 2 large dogs. Very nice neighborhood makes it easy for walks with the pups. Short 5 min drive to anything you want in town. Great views. Quite. Easy check in and out. Great to have access to the garage. It is a little beat up inside. If it were just me and my wife we would have been bummed but with the dogs it was fine and kind of a relief that we didn’t have to worry about them messing something up. Carpet is dirty, chipped paint all over, stains on walls, scoffs on all the wood doors/jams. Bring your own pillows, the ones provided were rock hard. Ended up sleeping with a folded up bathroom towel. Bed was comfortable, though. Kitchen has everything you need. Very clean bathroom. All in all nice spot just needs a little tlc.
