This is a 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom, two level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14462.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door then you'll walk up a full set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

Great Snowcreek Property

This is a great Snowcreek property in a quiet complex. The property had everything our family of five needed for a fantastic trip to Mammoth. Great communications with the management team prior to arrival and after completion of our stay. We will definitely return for future trips to Mammoth

I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. Everything looked nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay. Management was easy to reach. I will absolutely stay at a snowcreek property again!

Spacious with all the basics

My family of 7 plus 2 dogs enjoyed our 2 nights here. The kitchen and bathroom can use some updating. The kitchen is pretty small so hard for more than 1 person to cook. The dining table only has 6 chairs, so we used the ottoman for more seating. Also, only seating for 6 in the living room. All the soaps supplied are generic so if you care about quality, bring your own. Carpeting throughout including the bathrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've requested this unit every year for the last six ski seasons. We enjoyed our stay here again as per usual but this year there "was" a cleaning issue upon our arrival and we also want to bring to your attention a few maintenance items that we think it may be time to address:1) The cleaning item - The tile shower pan in Bathroom #2 downstair had mold growth in the grout lines to where we had to use the upstair bathroom tub/shower combo during our stay;2) The glass shower door in Bathroom #2 downstair was warped to where the door did not close flush to the shower door frame now. This glass shower door in the past has always been a little bit warped during our stays but not to this extent. It's kind of a moot point for we ended up using the shower/tub upstairs for the reason in item #1. But nevertheless this needs to be brought to owners attention;3) Lastly, the kitchen refrigerator had a broken shelf and it also didn't keep temperature well for we had ice accumulation on the inside of the refrigeration side of the unit each day.Otherwise, as mentioned, we enjoyed our stay here again and we will continue to request this unit in the future for all the other fine features it provides for our group of four.

Short and Sweet

We treated ourselves after a 5 day camping excursion in Mammoth (water was shut off at campsite so no potable water or toilets). Checked into Snowcreek for a relaxing end to our vacation. Two of the hot tubs are under repair, but one is still working. Large spacious condo with clean linens and all necessary amenities. Kids didn’t end up sleeping in the loft, but that’s a fun option. Love this division of snowcreek with meadow access, tranquility and proximity to town and mammoth creek!

Classy and comfortable

My wife and I had put together a visit with my two sons and their partners. Besides needing room for six adults, we also needed "dog friendly." We had all the room we needed, used the kitchen to great advantage, kept the dogs entertained (and vice versa) and very much enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely want to stay here again. While there were only two of us, we would come back with family so that they could enjoy it too. We didn't use the second bedroom or loft, but both looked great - each having a their own bathroom. Very professional check-in and out service. No issues whatsoever.

Yearly family trip

This is our 17th annual trip . And this home is by far the best we have ever stayed at . From the beautiful kitchen to the great bedrooms to the huge living room . The beds are very comfortable . Very spacious and clean . Thank you for sharing your home . It truly is worth ever penny $$$$ because it sure was a LOT OF PENNYS TO RENT . 😊

overall enjoyed our stay. I have stayed at many snowcreek condo as i love that location.

We enjoyed our stay. I have stayed in many of the snowcreek condos as we enjoy that location. My only complaints, which are very slight, are that the a lot of the kitchen cabinets are owner locked (more than in other locations) so not a lot of food storage areas especially when you are staying for a longer period of time and the need of some good knives. So very minor. Otherwise we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. Thank you so so much.

Awesome condo!

This place was great! The weather did not cooperate with us though. They qere quick to clear the snow off the paths and parking area. The management was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay again!!

Lovely, Spacious, Light-filled Retreat in Mammoth Lakes

Reviewer Comments: We were very happy that we chose to stay in this beautiful Snowcreek upstairs unit, as we had bad weather luck and ended up spending a lot of time indoors. I especially loved the cathedral ceilings and the high windows that made this unit the brightest that I've experienced. The split bedroom floor plan is great for privacy. I had read a review that said you would not know that dogs are allowed, and it was true--no dog smell, damaged furniture, or stains. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and we had infinite choices for TV--once someone taught us how to use it! The location was convenient and the golf course area is beautiful although I prefer the area by the creek and meadow. It was easy to settle into this vacation home and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place

The property is exactly as described. and is very well maintained. Traveling with teenagers, we enjoyed the floor plan with bedrooms on either side of the living room. The location is perfect for families. Our dog loved people watching from the large patio, while we enjoyed the amazing view. Cannot imagine a better place for the morning coffee than the patio overlooking the mountains.
