This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two level, property with a 1 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14422.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King, en-suite bathroom 1, 40” TV and an exterior deck
⬧ Clothes washer and dryer

⟾ MAIN LEVEL 2 offers:
⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 55” TV with soundbar

Clean and closer than expected to town /skiing

I booked this spot last minute. Was a little worried we would be far away from skiing but we parked at Eagle Lodge. Super convenient. Like maybe 7 minutes. Would stay here again. Property management team was responsive. Easy no contact checkin. We needed help with the wifi and they were great. Text messages were answered quickly.

Great Old Mammoth Condo

This was a clean, seemingly new condo in a great part of town. I would stay here again. It's perfect for the solo traveler, two couples or a small family. It's located in a quiet part of town and has a nice view of Mammoth Lakes. The only flaw I could find was the lower volume on the TV and the absence of standard condiments like salt and pepper and soy sauce packets.

Excellent WiFi, cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful serene views from the living room and deck made this our favorite place to stay in Mammoth. Thank you for making it so memorable.

Great Mammoth Stay

Beautiful area of Mammoth, if you are fine driving to the ski areas then this is the perfect spot. Beautiful location and beautiful property/community. My family and I really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 985 was a nice unit. Although the patio on the rear of the condo is not ideal compared to the other units we’ve stayed in. I must also say I was quite disappointed in the barbecue. It was filthy totally worn out and decided to not even Chance trying to cook something on it. I always like to barbecue when I’m there and I feel like The homeowners are missing the boat on their barbecue situation. Quite disappointed in that but everything else in the unit seem to work fine. Also I do feel as though the homeowners should take inventory of the utensils in the kitchen for they are all very old and very worn out. For the kind of prices they are charging for their units the amenities should be of much higher standard.
