Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 934

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two level, property with a 1 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14419.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King, en-suite bathroom 1, 40” TV and an exterior deck
⬧ Clothes washer and dryer

Nice and clean setup in Snowcreek

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of four stay for a long weekend of mountain biking, hiking and generally playing in Mammoth. This place had everything we needed, and was clean and well cared for. We really appreciated the garage access, as we could store our bikes and lake toys there, rather than always locking them to the car. We eat in for most meals so the full kitchen and gas grill on the deck were great to have available.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable and spacious condo for the holiday weekend! Easy access (sort of) to the unit and it was nice and toasty when we arrived. Updated applicances and everything worked. Beds were clean and comfortable and had extra bedsheets for the sofa bed. Everything was as advertised. The recent snow storm had layed about 3’ of fresh snow which blocked the entrance to the door, so had to trudge through it, gain access to the front door and open the garage (good thing too, since the electronic lock had decided to not work the next day, but a quick call to customer service gave us the code to the garage to help us gain access. Was able to troubleshoot the door lock and it eventually worked.)There was shovels available and I was able to clear out some snow from the entrance and the groundskeeper took care of the rest the next day.Despite these minor setbacks, we still like staying here and would highly recommend to anybody who wants a home-away-from home while visiting Mammoth!

Overall the unit was well equipped with supplies, however a few blankets during the winter would be nice. The hot tubs were not working which was unfortunate during ski season. They should be maintained and ready for ski season!

Great uome away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like to cook so we appreciated the great stove and cookware with plenty of cutlery, plates and glassware. Having a garage for our mid-size car really helped getting ready to get to the slopes while staying warm. There’s an old and partially broken ‘lazyboy’ chair that’s still comfortable for watching TV. The gas fireplace does not have that rustic open fire look but it’s nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable with all clean linens and plenty of towels were provided (more than we needed). Would certainly consider this rental again.

Clean and Cozy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very clean, warm and spacious to walk into. The heater was working, the enclosed garage made it easy to get in and out comfortably. The furniture isn't the most on trend, but for a quick ski trip with the family, it was great. The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances worked well (pans are nearly ready for an update). The master downstairs has two, separate showers in it, in addition to the one in the upstairs bathroom. The view from the front room was great. I'm usually a hardwood person, but on a chilly mountain trip, the clean carpet proved to be very comfortable. I would stay again. It does need instructions to work the THREE TV remotes, though.

Wonderful Stay in the Mountains

Clean and big and well equipped, we had a wonderful stay for a long holiday weekend. Large unit, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Community is beautiful and free use of the athletic center is awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars!!

Quiet getaway hunkering a storm!

The pictures definitely do not do the place justice. The kitchen appliances have been updated so they’re new, stainless steel. It is a 2-story in-unit garage (so nice when it was storming out there but that also meant digging out driveway). Master bedroom in downstairs with laundry down the hallway. As you go in the main entrance, you have the stairs that go upstairs and that’s the living, dining, kitchen, and other bedroom with bathroom. Plenty spacious for our group of 5. If you’re at the max 6, I think there’s still plenty room too. We were worried based on other reviews about the kitchen not being stocked so we brought our own tools and they actually had everything we needed and more. There is only a set of 6 for flatware and tableware so it was a constant running of the dishwasher but they have plenty of soap for you to use. The bads… in a previous review, they also shared the master bathroom shower (the standalone - there’s two…) leaked into the master bedroom and hallway. Wet socks and having to maneuver around it each time wasnt ideal, but it is what it is. I messaged management and they were going to send a plumber on Monday but that was going to be after we would’ve left. The showers our first night (Fri) we’re also not hot… found the water heater (laundry room) and it was set fairly low. I recall it was on the first of maybe 4 notches. We turned it up a notch and then it was great. Loved the natural light and all the entertainment options. TV, card/board games, etc

President Day Weekend’s Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of five staying for the weekend to ski. The unit was very clean. The furniture was nice. The unit itself a bit outdated but in fine shape. Tv in every room. I was glad we had a garage, but the garage is tiny. My SUV barely squeezed into it. The pull out was a super thin mattress, not very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were terrible. No cutting boards. Coffee bean grinder broken. Not much to use in the cupboards but random mismatched stuff. So if you plan to make your meals at the condo you will be disappointed. Also I wish they had some extra comforts like throw blankets. I like the complex overall and would choose to stay at a different unit next time.

I will have to say we were disappointed with how rundown the property is becoming. The bed in the master bedroom is on the verge of breaking, the chair in the master bedroom is also about ready to break. The fold out couch is missing several springs at the bottom and the whole bottom half slopes down. The recliner chair is broken as well. We opened the windows in the kitchen a bit, and then we could not get them to lock shut, and the screens are screwed on, so we couldn’t try to shut them completely leaving a draft through the kitchen the entire week. The shower in the master bedroom has a water leak in the wall that left the laundry room and the downstairs hall carpet drenched with water. We called maintenance and he came out to look at it and said someone would come by the next day and no one ever did. Every day I would put towels down to soak up the water From the carpet and I would have to throw them in the dryer to reuse them. Also, The laminate on the kitchen cabinets are peeling off. I hope that you can pass this information onto the owners for them to update the unit. It is in a great location and we’d love staying there every year.Sincerely,Julie Bishop.

We have stayed at snow creek resort for many years now, this was the first time in this phase, and we all agreed we would rent in this phase again, easy access, quiet and secure, the garage was nice although our truck would quiet fit, it was still nice to put our gear inside for the night.
