Located in a quiet Mexico Beach community, this waterfront home features calming canal views out back, it's own boardwalk that takes you the pool/hot tub, and easy access to the white-sand beach just 600 feet away. Spend your days enjoying the beach, then unwind by the exceptional community pool and hot tub, or relax on the private dock overlooking the canal - perfect for boating, jet skis, kayaks, or simply enjoying the view.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a layout ideal for families or small groups. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds, one of the has a sets of bunk beds, and the third bedroom has bunks as well, and cozy sofas and comfy recliner, giving everyone room to relax without feeling crowded.
Inside, you’ll find a clean, comfortable space with a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, and fast 1GB Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected or work remotely if needed. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, and essentials to help make your stay easy and enjoyable.

I know how important it is to feel at home when you’re traveling-whether you’re here for a relaxing vacation, quality time with loved ones, work/focus, or a special occasion-and I do my best to make every stay smooth from start to finish. If you are ever interested in Panama City Beach, I own a huge 3 bed 3 bath unit# 1702 for up to 10 guests and the 1 bedroom 2 bath unit# 1703 right next door that is for up to 6 guests- at The Tidewater beach Resort. I have hosted groups of up to 17 that booked both units in PCB.
I genuinely enjoy hosting because I like helping people have a great experience. I pay close attention to details, value clear and fast communication, and I’m always available if you have questions or need anything during your stay. My goal is for guests to feel welcome, comfortable, and confident they chose the right place.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers a more relaxed coastal experience that’s hard to find anymore. Mexico Beach has a small-town, uncrowded feel where the pace is slower, the beaches are less busy, like having a private beach, and the environment feels peaceful and welcoming.
Waterside Village is especially appealing because it blends easy beach access with calm canal living. It is quieter, cleaner, nicer, has the nicest pool in town, and the picturesque setting is beautiful. You can enjoy morning walks to the beach, spend afternoons on the water, relax at our luxury style pool and hot tub, and unwind in the evenings without traffic, noise, or crowds. The neighborhood feels safe, well cared for, and ideal for families, couples, and anyone looking to truly disconnect and recharge. This is the only town we allow our teen kids to walk around and go get an ice cream on their own.
What we enjoy most is the balance - the ability to be close to the beach while also having the quiet beauty of the canal right outside. It’s the kind of place where days feel unhurried, sunsets feel more personal, and time spent together feels more meaningful. You will feel at home.
