Enjoy the emerald coast white sand beaches while staying in this luxury condo. The condo offers breath taking views with floor to ceiling windows and doors. Each bedroom offers its own full bath. Relax on the wrap-around balcony taking in the panoramic beach and island views in all directions. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise. White sand beaches directly in front of the condo. Pool, hot tub, and exercise room included. Close to all of the Pensacola Beach venues, but not so close that the beach gets overly crowded. Free trolley service during the summer months.

The property is beautiful! Ocean views from everywhere you look. The beach is directly across the street and it’s just a short walk to Peg Leg Pete’s. There is a closet with beach chairs and things you’d need at the beach. The hosts were very responsive to my questions and were super kind in trying to help me figure out a place to stay for an extra night we added to our trip! We will definitely be booking this unit again when we return to Pensacola.

Great Condo

Very clean and spacious condo in a great location. The pictures do not do it justice. The wrap around windows and balcony give you a 180 degree view of the bay and the gulf. Owners are great hosts and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay at Kokomo! The condo was lovely, clean and very well appointed. It really felt like home for the 10 days we were there. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, cocktails, etc. The location is great for beach time, Fort Pickens, restaurants and quick access to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola. We will definitely be back!

I cannot write a glowing enough review for this condo. It is PARADISE. There is not a need unattended. It was perfectly appointed for our 5 night stay. We lacked nothing but our food (but Peg Legs is next door! Who needs to cook?!?!? ). We didn’t have the weather to get in the pool or hot tub (sadly, it was cold), but they and the workout room are great. We loved the stunning views from all three sides. If you get a chance, this is the place to stay on Pensacola Beach. 5 stars PLUS.

Stunning Condo!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at “Kokomo!” The condo was clean, had amazing views, provided easy beach access, and was well furnished. Communication with the hosts was helpful, and they made the check-in/out process seamless! We would highly recommend this condo!

Great Family Beach Week

We love Emerald Dolphin rentals and this one did not disappoint. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms worked great for our group of 5 adults. Views were amazing. We enjoyed the condo, pool area, easy access to the beach, and of course, Peg Leg Pete's. Bonus was the great supply of beach umbrellas, floats, and trolley to haul stuff across the street. See you next time for sure!

Florida vacation

It was the best vacation ever. Great location for anything you might want to do. The host was very helpful offering suggestions on what to do. We will be back most definetly.

Excellent Stay!

The beautiful, calming colors and decor attracted us initially for our beach therapy trip. The hosts/owners exceeded our expectations. We were 5 adults who are huge coffee drinkers and we were well accommodated. They also communicated very well throughout the stay and even informed us of the Blue Angels fly-by! We want to book again next year! The sunrise views from side balcony are amazing! The sunset views from back balcony were equally stunning!

UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS

This condo is SPARKLING CLEAN and the views are so amazing it feels like you are in a fish bowl. Amenities were great. Carts for luggage and groceries were so handy and the owners were so quick to respond. We will be back.

What a find! Thoughtfully furnished, fully equipped, and immaculately clean condo with light and airy feel and great views. The photos in the listing don’t do justice to the actual property you’ll experience. The property grounds, including the swimming pool, were very well maintained too. The owners were communicative from the time of booking until well past checkout. All in all, we had an incredibly restful and relaxed vacation. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this awesome property to anyone who is looking for a great place in the Pensacola area. Can’t wait to be back if we ever visit the area again!
