¡No encontrarás una mejor vista! Los 392 pies cuadrados de balcones en este gran condominio de tres habitaciones están orientados al sur, oeste y norte. El balcón sur da al Golfo de México, el balcón oeste le permite ver la puesta de sol todas las noches, así como la actividad en la isla y el balcón norte ofrece vistas de la Bahía de Pensacola, Gulf Breeze y Pensacola.
Más de 1870 pies cuadrados con cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar. Disfrute del desayuno en la mesa de bistro con orientación oeste o toda la familia puede cenar en la mesa con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. El bar en la sala de estar es el lugar perfecto para mezclar un cóctel nocturno.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size que le permite disfrutar de las aguas del Golfo mientras está acostado en la cama. El amplio baño en suite tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo y mucho espacio en el mostrador para que dos personas se preparen para el día.
La segunda suite tiene una cama queen size y baño en suite con baño privado y área de ducha. Un armario muy grande es ideal para el equipaje. El balcón privado está orientado al norte, lo que le permite ver las luces de la ciudad.
El último dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y fácil acceso al baño completo.

Paradise

I cancelled a property due to hidden fees and booked this property.. I was worried, but let me tell you it did not disappoint! I love the view from the balconies. We seen fireworks everywhere! There is a convenient store and restaurant rt next door. The only thing that I wish would have been communicated as was not, the hot tub was on our list, but was unfortunately broken. Make sure you have toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags if you plan on staying longer than a few days with a large group. Access to beach was convenient. Definitely will be coming back with the family next year!

Beautiful views!

We had a fabulous time on our trip. Check-in was super easy and efficient. The condo is spacious, the rooms are well furnished, and we were all very comfortable. Walking to the beach took just a few minutes. We visit PB several times a year, and my teenage daughter says this is her favorite condo by far. We especially liked being able to walk to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner, and we enjoyed watching the Blue Angels fly by! The only complaint we had was the noise from the delivery trucks going to the convenience store next door, but the noise was not discernible when we were inside the condo. We plan to stay here again!

Thanksgiving on the Gulf

Bowls of seashells and mermaid signs are everywhere. The homeowner had a well stocked kitchen. The corner unit offered lovely views of the gulf and sound. Sunrises and sunsets from the tenth floor were a sight to see. Great room sofas were uncomfortable to sit in. We think the frames are broken.

Family Fun

We had a very peaceful and relaxing Family vacation. The condo is perfect for a family with teenage children. Everyone we met that works or lives at the condo was extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend it to any friend or family member heading to Pensacola for vacation.

Annual Family Trip

This was our third year staying at the Emerald Dolphin complex for our family vacation, but first time in this unit. The unit was fairly clean and had all items stated on the booking information. I am giving a two star rating for what happened during our stay. We arrived on Friday so we spent the evening by the pool. On Saturday we woke up and got ready to go out to the beach with the rest of our family staying at the complex. Just a few minutes before we were ready to walk out, a construction crew showed up at our door and said “we are here to paint the door”. Not “is now a good time to paint the door?”. I was completely blindsided by this and when asked, I was told it would take about one hour. I was surely not going to leave the front door open without anyone here to watch our belongings so I stayed behind. Three hours later the painter was done and I was finally able to go and spend some time on the beach with my family and kids. This was a major inconvenience and not how I wanted to start my trip. There should have been better communication between the management company and the construction crew. This is completely unacceptable for anyone on vacation. There are better times to coordinate this to happen like when the room is not occupied or when the cleaning crew is there between stays. On another note, the pool was absolutely filthy. I had family members who had to find a pool scoop to try to clean out some of the filth in the pool. This was every day we were there.

Beach Trip

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Emerald Dolphin! PLENTY of space for our family of 5 adults and one teen. We LOVED having so much balcony space. It was so nice to get up early in the morning, sit out on the balcony, look at the gorgeous water and hear the waves. So peaceful! Condo was a very short walk to the beach. Peg Leg Pete’s is within walking distance, and all of the activities we took part in were very close. Sam, the property manager, was so kind and helpful to us. She even left us a personalized note with chocolate chip cookies wrapped up in Saran Wrap as a goodbye gesture. We thought that was so kind and such a nice touch! Our family would 100% stay here again. We cannot recommend this condo enough. Thank you, Surfside Properties!

Great location and great for sharing

The views are stunning and having a bathroom for each bedroom makes traveling with a family our group so much easier. The furnishings are beautiful and it was well stocked with games and beach toys, even a cooler. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the washer/dryer. If we had one suggestion to make it is simply that the recliner may be too well loved and need replacement. The property manager, Sam, was so sweet and helpful. We texted several questions and she replied promptly, and even left cookies on our last night. We all agreed that we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!

My family has been visiting Pensacola Beach for 30 years. All things considered, this is our favorite condo to date. The unit is beautiful, extremely clean, and the views (north, south, and west) are fantastic! Surfside Properties manages the property, and they go the extra mile. It's never easy for us to go home, but reservations for 2024 are made!!

Girls weekend away

Exceptional Getaway

This property feels a like home away from home. The views are absolutely stunning and the proximity to wonderful restaurants is more than convenient. The condo was spotless when we arrived and everything was in working order. We will be staying here every year on our family vacations. We could see the sunrise and sunset from the wrap around patio. Lots of dining seating and dish ware, everything we needed. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

Emerald Dolphin Stay

Our family rented ED 1050 for 6 nights and could not be more pleased with the condo and the property manager. The condo is very large and the views are incomparable. Every room was clean and we found all 3 beds to be comfortable. We loved being close to a trolley stop, a convenience store and Peg Leg Pete’s. The PM, Sam, was very responsive to the one call we made to her and was a dream to work with.
