This is a beautiful property and Ron was great to deal with. There was a boil water advisory in effect during our stay due to a water main break and Ron brought us a case of water and kept us promptly updated about the situation. The kitchen is very well stocked (our group rented the entire property so we had access to it) and the multiple places to gather (living room, dining room and outdoor spaces) were lovely and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!

Hosted my sister’s bachelorette here for the weekend and this was the perfect space! Ron was easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions I had. It was an easy drive into the town and close by to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this space to others traveling into the area! Thank you again!

Lovely place, very clean, interesting old. We loved the large front porch where all 14 of us could sit. The kitchen is fully equipped with more dishes, pans, bowls, glassware and silverware then you would ever need. Fully stocked with spices, oils, and all the basics. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run around. Short walk for coffee and food. Ron was a great host, and responded quickly to any questions we had.

The property was very clean, well stocked in the kitchen and baths. All appliances were in great working order. We appreciated have the coffee for the mornings as well. Ron was attentive to all questions about the property. Our family felt that this property was a home away from home. It was comfortable and easy to stay here. There was written documentation in each room (especially the kitchen) which helped to guide us with the functionality of the house. I would definitely recommend this property for larger families.

Great little house

Our group stayed in multiple houses in the area for a corporate retreat, and this one came away with raving reviews. Clean, had the majority of what was needed for their stay, and communication was impeccable. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful. The accomodations were immaculate. Complete instructions, easy access, could not ask for anything more.Outdoor fireplace was great to sit around with family and friends.Close to Journeyman Distillery, which was the purpose of our visit.Great hosts!

We rented the entire Inn for Labor Day weekend for a family wedding, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! Very clean and beautiful space. We needed to check in an hour early and the hosts were very accommodating. The weather was gorgeous and we spent the majority of our time on the front porch and the gorgeous side yard. We hope to make this an annual family (adult kids) trip!

Fantastic stay in charming Three Oaks home

Beautiful Victorian style home in downtown Three Oaks. Charming decor, great home features down to every detail. Spacious, clean, well thought out for guest and excellent instructions provided throughout the home. Awesome outdoor space under pergola, with lots of seating, ceiling fans, and outdoor fireplace. Comfy front porch and picnic area too! Walking distance to park and downtown shops. Thoughtful and flexible owners. Our stay was incredible!

Weekend at the Lake

The house was great place to stay for a large group for the weekend in the summer around New Buffalo. We drove 10 minutes to the beach one day and rented a boat, with having a shuttle pick us up at the Josie and drive us around to the local wineries the next. Dinner at Journeyman, breakfast at Froehlichs, and pizza at Patellie’s were within a 5 minute walk. Cooking light meals and grilling outside at the house made the weekend perfect!

Family Wedding in Galien,MI

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for a family wedding near by. It was 14 of us and every single item we needed was here. Everything about this home was well thought out. Each room with its own beautifully well equipped bathroom was chefs kiss! Kitchen was also well equipped, so trust me you won’t need to bring anything from home. The front porch was amazing for morning coffee with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor pergola with fireplace and roof with beautiful seating was a great place for late night cocktails and conversations! Parking was great. Easy access into the house. The biggest thing my family loved was that they didn’t ask us to do anything when departing except for throw towels in the bathtub (empty of course) and empty the trash in provided cans! They don’t expect you to pay a cleaning fee and then ask you to clean! Everything about this stay was amazing. We had 4 generations of family on this trip and we all LOVED IT!! 😍 🙏⭐️

Great stay for a family

Our family of 8 had a great time staying here. Beautiful inn that is very well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked which made cooking a few meals at home a breeze during our extended stay. The third floor bedroom was a bit uncomfortable for the taller people but worked well for the kids. Thank you for opening your inn to us!

Excellent accommodations

We rented this beautiful home for a family reunion/vacation and it was perfect. Each of my adult siblings, and their family, had their own bedroom and bathroom. Everyone felt comfortable as the home has many gathering spots and is very clean. We spent a lot of time at different beaches just miles away. We loved all the little shops downtown that we walked to. We even used the school playground at night for the kids. The adults loved the outdoor fireplace patio- beautiful atmosphere! The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. All in all, a perfect 5stars in my book!

Wonderful Birthday Celebration

Great time. Weather could have been a little nicer. Owners very accommodating, and supplied many extras. Coffee pods, spices, natural gas grill, soap and conditioner. Only drawback is the stairwell, but must be expected with a vintage home.

Vacation stay

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well equipped for our needs. Ron greeted us and was very nice to work with. We also enjoyed time eating at the picnic tables and relaxing at the patio.

Beautiful, well maintained home. Home owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. We booked this listing through VRBO and didn’t really realize this was a bed and breakfast. Kitchen was very tight with 14 of us staying there and dining table was not large enough for us all to dine together but we made it work and really enjoyed the the beautiful front porch and outdoor living space with fountain and fireplace. Very relaxing
