Beautiful camp in Angler Bay! Come enjoy the best of Hackberry.

The Swanderosa is a great getaway on Calcasieu Lake. Bay fishing is minutes away or offshore fishing is just a short run south. Crabbing and other outdoor activities are right at your doorfront!

You can also take a 30 minute ride to the Golden Nugget Casino, which has a pier to park your boat, and enjoy a little gambling. For the hunters, there is world class duck hunting available.

Our kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses and cups. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Hand soap, dishwashing soap, hand towels and wash cloths are also available for renters use. Limited amounts of toilet paper and paper towels provided.

Paper plates and plasticware must be brought by renter if desired. (There may be some there and may be used if available.) Washer and dryer is available for use. Please bring your own laundry soap.

Bathrooms are furnished with bath towels and wash cloths. Please bring your toiletries.

Amazing lake veiw, we watched the sun rise both mornings we were there. The house clean, large and had a great layout of the entire house! Kitchen had everything you would need from basic kitchen supplys to spices we forgot. The host was great and very responsive anytime we had a question. The peor was perfect for us and the kids, even though it was a shared peir we had a blast. Can't wait to book it again!

It was Great! Guys fished and women just hung out sat on the deck and looked at the water and boats going by. So relaxing! House was awesome and clean and we kept it that way!

Can’t wait to go back

The camp was gorgeous!! The bed was so comfy, lots of kitchen items we needed were there, the few that weren’t, we were able to run down to Brown’s grocery to pick up. The owner was amazing to communicate with. We decided to make this an annual trip!!

Our stay

It was perfect! We would wake up to a beautiful view and drink coffee. It had just about everything you could need. The neighbors were very friendly, they even offered us some fish lol. During the day we would hangout down stairs and cook and catch crabs. Overall the building and location and perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. Place was as advertised and very clean. David was very responsive for all the questions I had. The kids loved catching crabs and fishing off the pier. I give the place 5 stars and will be back.

Great house and location on the bay

The house, view, and location were great. Check-in was easy. We did have a couple of things that we were disappointed about. The weekend plan was fishing and crabbing from the pier - we thought we would have the pier to ourselves, but it is a shared pier with the house next door. We used the gas grill, but could not find any grilling utensils. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again!

Great getaway!!!

The property was in a great location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great dock for fishing and crabbing. Large area under the Camp for entertaining. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Worth the money

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The house was beautiful and super neat and clean. It is a great place to get away and hangout with family and friends. David was very helpful and fast to communicate throughout the trip. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Weekend

The house and dock were great. David was so responsive and helpful with everything. We really enjoyed the house and being able to walk outside to fish right from the dock.
