La villa está situada en el lado oeste de Mijas, en Valtocado, El mar y la hermosa playa estera Fuengirola es sólo unos minutos en coche 10 de distancia. Este atractivo espaciosa villa tiene 3 dormitorios, 1 baño, un cuarto de baño y una cocina totalmente equipada con 250 metros de terrazas cubiertas y abiertas, así como una 5m piscina climatizada de 10m x. Equipado con Sky TV, Sky Sports, BT Sports y todos los canales del Reino Unido, así como 160 películas actualizadas para que usted pueda disfrutar, X Box para niños, 2 equipos de música, mesa de ping-pong, WIFI y varias tumbonas, la villa es ideal para todas las edades .


En la Villa hay una mesa de tenis de mesa para su uso en la terraza de 150 metros más baja para toda la familia para jugar. También en la propiedad hay acceso WIFI gratuito de banda ancha en caso de necesitar. Este servicio está disponible las 24 horas al día y tiene un uso ilimitado.

We had a wondeful stay. The villa was beautiful, clean, well equipped and in a lovely location. The town of Mijas is just a short drive away and Malaga airport is around 30 minutes by car. Communication with the host was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing, clean and spacious. The pool is clean, hot and delicious and the garden spectacular with many small and cozy terraces We would like to stay there again.

We found the house really nice and the pool was just great! The garden was beautiful in july with lots of flowers.We experienced very good communication from the owners prior to our stay. The english agent in the area was also very helpful and accomodating (we only had one very minor 'issue' with there not being any balls for the tabletennis in the house and she brought new ones the same day). Overall we just had a great time end found the villa to be exactly as described :)

Perfect mountain retreat!

This was our third time as a family & it didn’t disappoint from the beautiful villa which still retains is Spanish charm to the pool (great size & privacy) & the location which is slightly out of the way & perfect if your seeking tranquility. Hope we can make our way way again for a fourth visit!!

Beautiful Villa

Great house in beautiful area close to Mijas Pueblo (but just a short drive to the coast). Loved the large kitchen and master bedroom (and bath!), as well as all of the outdoor seating areas. Pool was large with view of mountains (incredible sunsets). I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Villa in beautiful location

We just returned from a very relaxing 10 days. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped, a real home from home. Great location too, near to Mijas village and an easy drive to the coast. Even better from our point of view were the beautiful pool and garden and stunning views. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful villa

We really enjoyed our time at Rosa de Piedras. It’s a beautiful villa, well equipped and lots of space inside and out. The area is quiet with lovely views across to the mountains. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and the table tennis. The nearby pueblo, Mijas, 10 minute drive, is a lovely place to wander around, also with great views. As our hosts had already told us, it doesn’t have much in the way of food shopping, except a small convenience store and a garage selling bread and pastries. It’s quite a bit further drive down into the valley for a supermarket, and it’s so lovely at Rosa de Piedras that you don’t really want to take the time to do that, so worth collecting good levels of supplies on your way in!Thanks for a relaxing holiday

Lovely place

We have a very good holiday.The house was very clean and there were much nice places to sit. Outside you can sit in the sun or the shadow. The swimming pool was very good and clean. We come back again.

Excellent well equiped property. Communications with Alison were also excellent . Pool was a delight , views from villa spectacular . You have to drive into Mijas to the restaurants but only 10 -15 minutes so not a big deal. Would recommend this villa.

À fantastic place to be!

The House is really great, beautiful inside and located in a perfect (with amazing view) area. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool, and us and children could swim every day, even at night when coming back from visiting around. You of course need a car (it is obvious), so you can find in Mijas (nice white village), around 10mns from the house, small supermarkets. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, garden is really nice with several terraces to stay…Nothing negative to say but just to enjoy:)👌🙏✌️

Beautiful villa

A really beautiful villa set in a lovely location with great views. We had a really nice stay enjoying the gorgeous weather and swimming in the heated pool. The property is really well laid out and has everything you need. The garden is pretty and we enjoyed playing table tennis in the morning sun. Excellent communication throughout. Many thanks for everything!

Fabulous holiday!

We had a fabulous holiday in Mijas. The villa was as described and very well appointed, with lots of room for everyone. We had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the grounds of the villa were extensive (much bigger than we realised!) and very private. The villa is well placed for exploring Mijas and the coast, so we were able to enjoy lots of day trips. Communication with the host was excellent throughout (many to thanks!).

Beautifully peaceful retreat

Beautiful villa in a peaceful area. Only the occasional car goes by. Made use of the superb heated pool as there was a cold wind on some days. Bed very comfortable and allowed us a restful night's sleep. Need a car but 10 mins easy drive to lovely Mijas for plentiful restaurants (and 1 euro parking all day!) and 20 mins to Coin for a couple of supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean villa and well kept grounds.

We chose this property as it had a pool and aircon and was near to the family wedding we were attending. The pool was fantastic and we all loved the chance to cool off. The location was quiet although you would need a car. We did get an Uber to pick us up one day. Would definitely go back

Beautiful location with stunning views

The villa is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Lots of areas to enjoy the outside with the added bonus of a great swimming pool. The area is peaceful with unrivalled views , the perfect place to relax and unwind. Within striking distance is the beautiful town of Mijas and major coastal towns. So much to see and do if you have a car. Alison is great with communication and goes that extra mile. Salvador and Rosalea take care of the garden, pool and cleanliness of the villa and are delightful. Highly recommend a stay here

Superb vacation in a great location

The property was superb and larger than we expected from looking at the photos. The villa was very homely and had plenty of little hideaways to relax read and eat. Most of our time was spent either in or around the beautiful pool. Location was ideal and other villas were well screened and spaced out. The kitchen was well kitted out and the facilities in general were in a good condition. Two early issues involving an on-site wasps nest and a lack of cotton sheets were dealt with immediately. All dealings with the agent were excellent from start to finish and even included a mid stay villa and pool clean. We were sad to leave the villa and the area…..a great vacation.

An unforgettable week

The renting process was easy and communication process efficient and friendly. A big thank you to the cleaner and local rep who sorted out the return of an item left behind. The villa surpassed expectations and we had a fantastic week. The communal, outside areas and the master bedroom were wonderful. We all thought the other two bedrooms could do with an update but all in all that didn’t impact on a memorable stay

We had wonderful 2 weeks , the villa was more than expected . The pool amazing and gardens so private . The whole family together , with plenty of space . We loved the mini gym and kitchen had everything needed for us all. Great communication pre travel and on arrival . For reference cleaner comes on a Saturday morning and pool man on a Thursday morning . Location to Mijas Pueblo only 10mins in car . Will definitely be going back 😊

When we arrived we found quite a bit of rubbish around the property. Cigarette butts, bottle tops etc. There was also multiple pieces of broken glass around the pool.The house book was very out of date, had the wrong wifi code which meant no wifi for the first 24hrs, no restaurant recommendations etc.The pool cover was broken which for part of the first day meant we couldn't access the pool.The bathroom smelt bad the first two days but that did get better.The keys in the lock would stick which we weren't made aware of so we couldn't access some of the doors for the first day or so.It did get better as we got used to the quirks of the property but it didn't leave us feeling great about our stay.

First Family Villa Holiday

Firstly I would like to thank Alison for all the communication prior to the initial booking to the final info provided before our holiday date. This was our first villa holiday so it did make a huge difference. The property itself is superb and in such a spectacular location, the views are breathtaking and if you’ve never visited Mijas before, you defiantly should. The mountain roads are quiet, but you need to take care as some of the bends are narrow. This was the first time my Wife has driven abroad and she managed it no problem. The pool is amazing, very private with no other properties overlooking and although there are a number in the area, it feels like you are completely secluded, all you can hear is the noise of Cicada’s which is rather soothing. I can highly recommend this property and if we come back the area will defiantly book it again.

Peaceful and relaxing stay in Mijas Peublo

My wife and I have had a fantastic break staying at this villa. The villa was very clean and extremely well equipped for all our needs and with 3 bedrooms there would be plenty of room for a family or small group of friends. The views of the surrounding hills and countryside down to the sea from the various terraces are gorgeous. The villa also benefits from very good wifi and the TV, audio and games console will keep everyone happy! The villa is situated about 4km outside Mijas Peublo which is absolutely beautiful and a place we will definitely return to one day. If there is a downside to staying here it would be the need to have access to a car if you want to explore and the hilly roads which inexperienced drivers might find a bit daunting. This didn't worry us at all and we can honestly say that as regular villas renters, this one is one of the very best we have ever used and we would recommend it to anyone without any hesitation. We will definitely be back!
