As you enter, you'll find a walk-in closet to the right and stairs leading down on the left. Ahead, there's a half bath with a sink and toilet. To the right is the first dining area, seating 8, adjacent to a full pantry. Downstairs, there's a coat rack area, closet, mud sink, and access to the garage.

The fully equipped kitchen seats 8 and features two coffee makers (Keurig and drip), spices, knives, a crockpot, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric 5-burner stove, and oven. The kitchen opens to the living room, furnished with a leather couch, loveseat, chair (seating for 6), a 42” LG smart TV, and a speaker with blue tooth capability at dock, with access to the deck. The deck has three tables, a picnic table seating 6, two tables seating 6 each, an outdoor heater, and a propane grill.

The second living room offers two couches (seating for 3 each), an end table, a speaker system, a telescope, a 64-inch LG TV, and an electric fireplace, with an entrance to the master bedroom. A closet with cleaning items is near the front door.

Downstairs, on the right, there's a full bath with 2 sinks, a toilet, and a tub/shower. The next bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and a full bath with a shower, sink, toilet, and closet. The living area includes a full futon, a ceiling fan, and a 45” LG smart TV. To the right is a hallway leading to another full bath. Another room includes 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a dresser. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a lamp, a dresser, and lake views. Returning through the living room, you'll find a bedroom with a full-size bed, nightstand, lamp, and dresser. Another bedroom features a king bed, nightstand, dresser, lamp, and closet.

The garage is equipped with indoor/outdoor carpet, a table, a ping pong table, an indoor basketball game, a couch, and two 54” TCL TVs.

This home is perfect for family gatherings, offering ample space, modern amenities, and stunning lake views.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire house, except a closet reserved for the owners.

Other details to note:
Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of rental.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

Closest Boat Ramp:
Wildlife Landing Road — 1 mile west of Washburn’s Marina.

Water Depth:
Approximately 10 feet off the end of the dock.

★☆ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to 2 dogs less than 50 pounds with a Pet fee of $100.
