The air purifier cleans the air of allergens, germs and viruses. This is great for those will bad allergies.
Surfside is a condo that has it all! As soon as you step inside, you will feel like that vacation has just started. This condo has an open floor plan where you can be in the kitchen cooking yet still able to see and talk to your family from the living room. Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, big pantry, and even your very own personal wine cooler next to the refrigerator. Sit at your kitchen table eating while looking out at your views of the sound. Surfside has a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. You will enjoy those beautiful sunsets from your big gulf front balcony off the living room, complete with a table and chairs. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail outside overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This condo sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom is the perfect oasis with a king bed, private master bath including both a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. Enjoy the Gulf front balcony from your master bedroom. There are two guest bedrooms in this condo. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, complete with a private balcony with sound side views, and the second guest bedroom includes two queen beds, as well as another private balcony with views of the soundside. Ceiling fans and flat screen televisions are in each bedroom. Surfside features a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a third bathroom with a walk-in shower. This Beach Colony Resort has tropical landscaping, and offers an ocean front outdoor swimming pool, as well as charcoal BBQ grills for guests. There is also a fitness center and tennis courts. Beach Colony Resort is located directly on Navarre Beach and provides private beach access reserved for guests only. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available to rent!
