The house is exactly as pictured.The rooms were super cute and the house was very clean. I did have to ask about check in info, which was no big deal the host was super quick to respond, which I loved. My kids were obsessed with everything in the house especially the stars wars toaster that talked. We loved the master bathroom, it was beautiful. Only downside was that it was a 45 minute or longer to and from Universal. We left the park early one day and it took us an hour and half to get back, which is not their fault at all, just an add on if you don't mind the driving.

We had a good time going to the parks while staying here! There was plenty of room for the whole family, it was cute, and clean.

Other than the fact that the pictures are completely different to the property itself, the creepiest short term rental I’ve ever stayed in. Poor maintenance (missing light bulbs, broken furniture, peeling wallpaper, the more you look the worse it gets). Dirty bed sheets - creepy.

Host was quick at responding with questions, house was clean when we arrived, wifi was good emough to suffice streaming on the tv, 5 cell phones. A tablet and a computer at the same time. Big yard for doggies to roam and have fun. The Themed bedrooms were good enough to aweee our 11, 16, and 17 yr old daughters. Place was away from all the heavy trafficked areas so going back from Orlando and universal was nice once off the interstate. I didnt have anything to complain about.

Roaches in the fridge

I was really looking forward to staying here but unfortunately couldn't get past the kitchen as their were roaches in the fridge. I immediately left and let the owner know. I only got a partial refund and the owner never responded as to why .

Inconsistent

The VRBOA posting stated that this was a dog and cat friendly stay. Once we got there the rules posted in the rental said NO PETS. The stove and refrigerator seemed older than me (42). The beds were absolute crap. The bunk bed in the "Jurassic Park" room was unusable. The so called treehouse outside was a ssfety nightmare. The "futon" bed in the living room was busted and uncomfortable. This house beimg rented is a crime against humanity.

Sorrry to hear this, but about NO PETS inside property this is not something to be a bad experience, we pet friendly that is a old policy and doesn't seem to be unsafe, or bad experience, the stove is 2024 and fridge is 2023 modcentury old fashion design since is mid century property, exactly as is the picture is what you rent for it how this is against humanity or bad experience ? Bunk bed are useful i dont know what is your ideas about bunkbeds, i feel tgat you expect all to be kings size rooms and it is not, we stay very specific what type of beds we offer and you aceept it and rent the place, about sofabed, is exactly as you saw in the picture, individual sofabed, this is not a sofa folding queen bed, we memtioned type of extra bed in living room we offer i can't see either how this is against humanity, and about tree house is like any other tree house for kids to play not for adults if that what you looking for, we never mentioned is a tree house for adult used, if you were looking 7 starts mansion you must paid for what you want. Hope you learn next time to paid for you expectations.

Not what it seems. Listing shows up to 2 dogs. Sign on walls says no pets allowed. Kitchen had roaches. Trim nails sticking out of walls by light switch in princess room one of the kids cut their finger bc of it . Kitchen smelled of mold. Air filter was filled with dog hair. Underwear was left in bathroom cabinet.. how was this not cleaned . Tree house is a safety hazard has rot and not structurally safe . Fence was falling and missing panels.
