The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.

Englewood is a quaint community that is known for Mom and Pop shops as opposed to franchise and big box stores. Manasota Key has several unique dining experiences with live music and entertainment nightly. Manasota Key Road extends the length of the 11 mile island. Hugged by an oak canopy, it makes for a great sight seeing trip whether by bike or car. The road is narrow so proceed cautiously and be mindful of bicyclists and pedestrians.

The entire home is yours to use exclusively. Bring the poles because the fishing is world renown. Beach towels and chairs provided for your convenience. Full size washer and dryer on site so you can head home with clean laundry. Fire up the propane grill and prepare today's catch for the family. Dedicated beach access just across Beach Rd. Down a quiet path, adjacent to the condos, to the wooden stairs. Such a short stroll you will be able to carry the chairs and cooler with ease.

Stump Pass Beach is a must see and 1.5 miles from home. It has a bike rack for convenience. Walking paths along the water's edge through the cascade of trees lead you to the tip of land where Lemon Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Great location for shelling and shark tooth hunting. Do not be surprised if you spot a manatee swimming by through the clear, blue waters. Dolphins at play are a common sighting as well. Nature lovers are certain to appreciate the setting. Manasota Beach aka Middle Beach is less than 2 miles and is a secret treasure with limited beach goers. The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will work diligently to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation. There too is a cute shuttle service called Stumpy's that runs along the Key that will take you to the Beach or restaurants. They work exclusively on tips. This information will be provided in our local information letter to you and posted in the Welcome Guide inside the home.
