The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

Great Condo @ Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely appointed, clean and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Love the location with direct beach access and a Lifeguard tower. Office and housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating. Pool was clean, as was the courtyard and had sufficient amenities. The property also wasn't crowded, so that was also nice. Overall, a great stay - thank you!

Fishing Trip at it Best

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful experience. Our group was a party of 32 spread out over 14 condos. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the ones facing the ocean were hard to beat. Access to the beach was 20 yards away!! Great place to stay.

Too much to throw away

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was not good, We found out the day of our stay to begin, our grandson caught the flu,the two girls told me I couldn't change the date due to it being the day was either take my grandson with the flu or throw 1000 bucks away.I didn't want a refund. The condo itself had not changed in 3 years except for the blind being broken. I will not spend any more money here.the property is run down.

The kitchen cookware, bakeware, cooking tools all need a serious upgrade. There is rust on some of the bakeware which is toxic.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was alright,I wouldn't boast about it. The furniture was a bit worn down,the view from the 3rd floor was good. I didn't know I was going to be paying 150 bucks for cleaning. The elevators are a sweat fiancé like it and it was her B-Day as long as she had a good time,that's all I can ask for.

Didnt like the surprise ending

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, good view, quiet , just as the leasing agent promised. She said she had given us a unit where the heavy renovation work on the floor above was already done, that we would hardly hear anything. That was mostly true, aside from the worker’s loud music, which they turned down at our request. Until our last morning when ear piercing riveting began at 8:30 am right on the floor immediately above us . No response from the front desk. We packed and fled as if leaving a war zone, terrorized. Not the end to a restful vacation we had imagined. To add to the trauma, the front desk did not apologize nor did they give us a refund of any amount.. We will not come back..

It was an okay stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place looks nice in the pictures. But when we get there it's kinda dirty inside. I can see those throw pillows not being washed. Can literally see stains from saliva. It was gross. The closet doors are broken. The only good thing I like was the beach view. And was wondering why kids can't go to jacuzzi?
