Step outside to your own private retreat — no stairs required for easy access in and out of the home. You'll love spending your evenings under the glow of twinkling patio string lights, gathered around the fire pit with Adirondack seating, surrounded by a fully fenced yard and shaded by mature trees. Whether you're sipping wine at sunset, stargazing with friends, or simply soaking in the quiet coastal breeze, this backyard was made for unforgettable moments. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in patio, or let the pups run free in the spacious fenced-in yard — it's serene, private, and designed to help you unwind. Additional perks include a full-size washer & dryer, and a garage stocked with beach essentials like a tent, wagon, and even small and large dog kennels — because your furry friends deserve a vacation too!
PET FRIENDLY - IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE BRINGING A PET
⭐ We're happy to welcome up to 2 pets to our property! Your furry friend(s) must be well-behaved and leashed whenever outside, unless in fenced in area. Please be sure to pick up after all potty breaks. The maximum number of pets allowed is (2) two. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 + tax for one pet or $400 + tax for two pets is required and will be charged AFTER the booking is made (this fee is NOT included in the property rental cost). Our Pet Agreement must be signed after booking, along with submission of up-to-date vaccine records valid through the END of your stay. If management is not notified beforehand, an additional $500 fee will apply. Please crate your dogs when you are not in the home kennels are available in the garage, along with furniture covers, bowls, and even dog toys! Thank you for helping us keep our space enjoyable for everyone!

⭐ Located in peaceful Laguna Beach on the west end of PCB! This is a quiet neighborhood with easy beach access and a family-friendly atmosphere. Beach Access #93 is about 300 steps away, where you ll find white sand beaches and emerald waters.
Local favorites less than 3 miles away include:
- Carousel for groceries, liquor, and gifts
- Thomas Donut Snack Shop for handmade donuts and snacks
Plus, Pier Park is a quick 10-15 minute drive away and offers over 125 shops, restaurants, and entertainment options like the Grand IMAX Theater, the Sky Wheel, and the fishing pier!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ No parking passes required. There s space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please park only on the UNIT A side.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ There is no provided beach service. There are beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a canopy in the garage for guest use! The closest beach access is #93 and approximately a 3 - minute walk. Pets are not allowed on this area of the beach.
SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of both our Homeowner and Guests, there is a Surveillance Camera Doorbell on the front of the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn t an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe s in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and a fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside or outside. A fine of $500 per occurrence will be charged to the primary cardholder on file
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
