Beautiful views

Lovely property right on the ocean. Spacious, beautiful views, easy access to pool and ocean. Grocery store across the street, so convenient. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area.

Perfect

Nice weather, condo conveniently well located and directly on the beach. First impression when you walk into the condo is breathtaking when you see the ocean in front of you, you almost feel like being on a cruise ship. The staff at Alexander Tower are also friendly. Perfect vacation and we intend going back again. Merci Jack.

Highly recommend this property for a monthly rental on Hollywood Beach

The condo definitely lived up to our expectations. We were in town for a month for our daughter's wedding and our son and his family joined us for one week. The condo was well supplied with extra bedding, towels, beach towels, hair dryers, ironing board, iron, beach equipment, etc. The kitchen was also well supplied with everything needed. We found the staff of the condo to be very friendly and helpful and the entire complex was well maintained. A nice fitness center is provided which we enjoyed using. We used the trolley service which has a pickup and drop off location next door to go to the Boardwalk; it was very inexpensive and handy. I would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the Hollywood//Ft. Lauderdale area. While we did not use the water taxi, it was also close by. The pool area was also well maintained and was in the process of an uplift the last two days we were there. If you don't wish to carry the beach umbrella and chairs down to he beach from the condo, the are available for rent from the condo for a very reasonable rate and the employees will set them up and take them down for you.

Great Condo!

The condo is very roomy with a great view of the ocean from the dining table/kitchen and living room. The kitchen is really nice, well equipped and great to cook in. We loved the granite counter tops especially the additional seating area. The TV set up is great for working and viewing you favorite shows. We hooked our ROKU up to one TV for easy access to Netflix and used the second TV with our computer. There are plenty of towels both for bathing and the beach. The pool is great and the beach is just a few steps away. Jack is very nice and easy to deal with.

A Very Special Place

What a wonderful condo—and right on the beach. The condo is very comfortable: roomy, well-lit, and open (the pictures give you a good sense of the actuality). You really do feel like you’re on vacation here. Jack Lesage is truly a pleasure to deal with; he was very helpful our first day, and whenever we had any questions, he was always able to provide the answers. The view of the Atlantic is stunning: especially for sun rises and watching ships. We so enjoyed watching the cruise ships heading south from Ft. Lauderdale—especially on Saturday and Sunday evenings when there were as many as five heading into the Caribbean. And in the morning, before sun rise, seeing their twinkling lights on the water as they returned to Port. We were a little hesitant about having to use the valet service for parking the car, but it worked out very well; the attendants are efficient, professional and courteous (in fact dealing with them was one of the memorable aspects of our visit). Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie, and a number of shopping areas are close by and easily accessible. The water taxi is a must, and you can pick it up right across the street at Diplomat Landing. The beach is amazing, and it’s a very easy walk (about a mile) to Hollywood’s famous Broadwalk. Every day we walked the beach. The pool was great, especially if you take a noodle—and being on the second floor, the condo offered quick and easy access to the beach and the pool. We highly recommend staying in this unit; it is special indeed.

Just returned from a month at this wonderful condo. The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos and you couldn't ask for a better view. The unit was spotless, well appointed and Jack was extremely helpful and there if you needed anything. Plan on returning.

Very Satisfied

GORGEOUS!

It was our second time relaxing at this beautiful condo and the fact that we have been back here and plan to come again in the future, says at all. The place is spacious with an amazing view. Whether you want to watch TV, surf the Internet, cook your meals inside and have a coffee/cold beer looking at the ocean or go shopping, try the foods at the nearby restaurants and your luck at two nearby casinos, this place has something for everyone. The staff and especially the pool people are great guys and so is Jack, the condo manager. That is why we definitely recommend staying in this great place.

WOW even better than the pictures! We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to see that the kitchen had been upgraded with granite countertops. We mentioned to Jack's wife that we were coffee lovers so the very next day the owner delivered a Kourig coffee maker. Thank you, we really appreciated it. The master bedroom is very big with a comfortable king bed, the view from the dinning room & kitchen is breathtaking, the pool is always heated and very clean, the staff is polite and very helpful. The location of this condo is great, close to shopping malls, Walmart, grocery stores, great restaurants, the broadwalk where we went for dinner a few times, etc. There are plenty of towells including beach towells, 3 beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We stayed one month and were sad to leave. We definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely come back.

Great Beach Place

We rented Unit 212 at the Alexander Towers from June 1-30, 2013. The unit is really amazing with a great ocean view. It is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels, beach towels, and dishes ready for use when we got there. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. In addition, the unit has two TV’s in the living room and one TV in each of the two bedrooms, a DVD player and a washer and dryer. It was truly a home away from home! The valet parking was convenient. The gym was small but very nice. The pool was big and clean. The pool area has plenty of chairs as well as plenty of sunny and shaded areas. Access to the pool and the beach was easy and just a few steps away. Jack was very nice and answered all of our questions in a prompt and efficient manner. The Alexander Towers staff was nice and friendly. Overall it was a great vacation and we will be coming back to the Alexander Towers, specifically to Unit 212.

Alexander Tower S Ocean Drive

Condo was lovely very clean and well appointed,beds comfortable.Pool area very nice and friendly staff. We did not like the valet parking we could have parked ourselves and had to remember to keep some bills with us for a tip. The corridors of the condo somewhat dark and we often experienced unpleasant cooking odours from other condos wafting out into the corridor. The other factor was paying the balance of the stay in cash not aware of that and would not like to travel with that much cash on our person,Jack was very nice and accommodating and answered all of our questions in a prompt efficient manner.

Fantastic vacation feels like home!

We are renting this wonderful condo from August 6-31...still here but justed needed to say what a view, amazing, clean condo and does sleeps up to 8! Everything is new, it feels like home to us. The service is outstanding, any issues just contact Jack and he gets it done. We still have 15 days left and already thinking and planning our next trip here! Thank you!!

Excellent stay

We stayed at the Alexander Towers unit 212 from July 15-27 and we have only good things to say, The place was very large and comfortable very clean there was plenty of towels all the dishes where clean and ready for use, there are 4 TVs so everyone can watch what they want, the valet parking was very convenient and the gym was small but very nice, The access to the pool and beach area was just a few steps down there was plenty of beach chairs available at any time of the day, overall it was a great vacation and we are defiantly comming back to Alexander Towers
