Our charming beach house offers a serene escape just one block from the beach. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this coastal gem has it all.

🛋️ Living Spaces:

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and ample counter space. Prepare delicious meals or brew your morning coffee—the choice is yours.
Living Room: Unwind in the cozy living area, featuring comfortable seating and a pull-out sofa (queen size) for additional guests.

🛌 4 Bedrooms:
Master Suite (King Bed+ Queen Pullout Couch): The spacious master suite features a comfortable king-size bed. However, please note that there is no privacy between the king bed and the adjacent pull-out sofa bed.
Two Queen Bedrooms: Ideal for families or friends traveling together, these rooms feature plush queen beds.
Loft Area: Accessible via a spiral staircase, the loft boasts two full-size beds.

🚿 Bathrooms:

Four Full Bathrooms: No need to wait in line! Each bathroom is equipped with a shower for your convenience.
Note: The tub in one of the bathrooms was damaged and we are working to install a new one. It should be done by June 20th

🌊 Outdoor Amenities:

Shared Pool and patio: Take a refreshing dip in the pool, shared with guests staying in the studios at the back of the building.
Patio: Enjoy the warm weather

No pets are allowed.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is a block from the beach. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.

Bike and scooter rentals are also available!

Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 3 minutes to the sand!
