The main house spans three floors with a master suite featuring king bed, soaking tub, and private balcony on the third level. Two additional king bedrooms and a bunk room with full-size beds complete the third floor. The second floor offers a queen bedroom plus full kitchen, dining, and living areas with ocean-facing patio and grill. The fourth floor game room and queen bedroom provide entertainment space for the whole crew.

The separate ground-floor apartment includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and its own entrance -- ideal for grandparents or families wanting their own space. Both kitchens come fully stocked with Keurig coffee makers, cookware, and pantry basics. All seven bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, Roku TVs, and USB-equipped sound machines for quality sleep.
