Our host was most accommodating and helpful. Before, during and after our stay. The apartment was clean and cozy. The neighbors were quiet. The location was fantastic! Close to shopping, food, time square, subway. Reall just about anything you need or want. Four women teaveling together and we always felt safe in the home and in the neighborhood.We even sat outside late at night visiting and never one problem. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Excellent Apartment in Hell's Kitchen

We had an amazing time in this apartment. It's close to everything, efficient, clean, and just perfect. We loved the layout because the two bedrooms are separated and more private. We will definitely stay again! We loved it!

Allan the host was very good. He came very quickly to replace bulb in overhead light in bedroom. However the place wasn't very clean. The bathtub was broken in the middle so standing in the shower felt like you were going to fall through it. Outside the shower on the wall the hook was loose and not secure properly to the wall. The soap in dispensers in kitchen and bathroom hardly worked. The dining chairs were wobbly. The makeup mirror in bathroom hanging by electrical wire. The beds were good. Things were good in bedrooms.

The apartment was clean and just as represented. It was centrally located for the museums and Broadway. It was in a nice neighborhood with many eating establishments nearby. Everything we needed in the rental was supplied and available. The people we dealt with were very courteous and helpful.

We stayed for five days — first time to New York. Location worked for us and property is close to subway. Front bedroom is on the street side and was a bit noisy a couple of nights. However, we would stay here again if the need arises.

Great location and plenty of space

We had a college girls trip/reunion and the location, amenities, and space were just what we needed. Convenient for walking and to access subway. Construction outside is a little noisy, but we were up and moving in the morning anyway.

Great NYC Visit

This apartment was very easy to find, on the first floor, which made it super easy to get and out of, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was super for walking wherever we wanted to go. And access to the subway was close enough to make even those sites farther away more accessible. Overall, an excellent stay, and we really appreciate this Location.

Thanksgiving week

We had an amazing time in NYC during the week of Thanksgiving. The apartment was just as described. It was clean and the check-in/check out process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment easy access to TS

The apartment was clean and had what we needed. The shower was great. Kitchen compact but has what you need. washer and dryer not in apartment but in basement and dryers were out of order when we were there. In the front bedroom good closet space. You do get street noise and ear plugs in bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Easy walk to many restaurants, the theaters and Times Square. Would stay here again was very comfortable.

Nice stay in Hell’s Kitchen!

We had a very nice stay at this two bedroom apartment/condo. The back bedroom is incredibly quiet. The front bedroom is quite noisy, especially with people sitting/smoking on the stoop. But, this is New York and our friends who slept there got used to it and were not bothered. Apartment is badly in need of some updates but, that being said, we were out and about most of the time anyway. Communication with and entry to property was great!

What we Expected

The apartment was as listed, typical small NYC apartment. For the price, you get a pretty good location and an easily accessible space. Communication was great and the renters very friendly and helpful. The front room is VERY noisy and the street seems to attract late-night partiers. But I like NYC noise so didn’t bother our family much. It is not luxury- you would pay a LOT more for that around this area. But if you’re only sleeping there, like we were, it totally works.

Great spot in Hell's Kitchen

Stayed here with my spouse and children. Convenient location for walking to central park, time square, museums, etc. Clean apartment on the first floor. Had all the amenities we needed. Great wine bar right next door!
