Conveniently located minutes from Hampton Coliseum, nature areas and beautiful beaches. Perfect for a family getaway or couples getaway. Relax in a cozy queen or 2 full sized beds. Prepare a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen or throw something on the grill while the dogs and kids run in the fenced in yard.
Indulge in the comfort and charm of our recently renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in Hampton, Virginia, where every detail has been infused with love and care.
From the moment you step inside, you'll feel the warmth and welcoming ambiance that our home exudes. Imagine starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from our stocked coffee bar, soaking in the tranquility before venturing out to explore all that Hampton has to offer.
With one queen bed and two full beds, there's plenty of space for the whole family to relax and unwind. Each bedroom has been meticulously designed to provide a cozy retreat, adorned with soft linens and bathed in natural light.
Outside, a sprawling fenced-in yard beckons, offering a safe and spacious playground for children and pets alike to frolic and play. And with full-sized laundry facilities in the garage, you'll have all the conveniences of home at your fingertips.
Conveniently located just minutes from the Hampton Coliseum, Buckroe Beach, and Grandview Beach, our home serves as the perfect launchpad for your Hampton adventures. Whether you're exploring historical landmarks like the Old Point Lighthouse or immersing yourself in the beauty of Plum Tree Wildlife Refuge, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended family vacation, our home provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay in Hampton, Virginia. Book now and let the memories begin!
HOUSE RULES:
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 6 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 6 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.
*House trained dogs over 1 year old that are pre approved are allowed! Please tell me about your dog before booking. The pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. No cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. A $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Dogs must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied.
