BUILDING NOTICE – EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Exterior work for this unit, located on the Diamond Head (East) side of the building, will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, and continue through December 30, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. Scaffolding will be installed, and areas below may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. For this reason, no beach items will be permitted on balconies during the construction period. The SWIMMING POOL will be closed until FALL 2026. Residents are advised to keep windows and curtains closed to help minimize dust and maintain privacy. Please be aware that construction noise and vibrations are expected during working hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this necessary maintenance work.

Great location on Kuhio Ave & just 1-2 blocks from Kalakawa with shopping, restaurants, & Waikiki Beach. Free parking was a bonus. No searching for parking. We had difficulty with the shower, but instructions were buried in the check-in info.

Parking assigned was occupied !Gave me another that was also occupied !!!We couldn’t sleep the 3 nights cause the room(apartment) is not sound isolated.Alli rentals must check the apartments they rent.No reasonable conditions to rent the apartment. Is like you sleep in the street…

A nice place centrally located

Great location with everything I needed for a week in Oahu!!

Lovely condo. Noisy at night on the street, but that was to be expected due to the location. It had everything I needed (besides salt and pepper). Loved the location and included parking. Bed was comfy, everything was clean and kitchenette was perfect for saving money on eating out. Highly recommended and will stay again if in Oahu!

Secure safe value for money

The apartment was small but was 100% as advertised, clean, secure, great parking and excellent location. Would use this company again. The only criticism was the clothes closet was full of bags of stuff on the floor which limited closet space - need to get rid of them! The shower control was a little funky but just follow directions given. Overall great place to stay in a nice area of Waikīkī.

Excellent Stay and location!

The condo was just as it is pictured. There is plenty of room too e around. The kitchen is perfect. We made Chicken Alfredo and cooked a pizza in the oven. Both worked really well because of the pots and pans and oven. It has a ton of things within walking distance and lots you can bus to. Don't be fooled by the bus website though. They no longer have the all day pass. But we took the bus to Walmart. It is literally so close to the beach. Less than a ten minute walk. So beautiful. Watch out for the rocky spots though. If you go on the left side you can see fish. On the right closer to the resorts you have big surfing waves. We loved this place souch we want to move here. Will absolutely be back and stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in instructions clear and arrival was smooth. It would've been good to have some forewarning that the parking lot ceilings are SUPER low... we were provided an SUV at the car rental and would've chosen something smaller had we known the parking lot clearance was barely over 6 feet. We found the condo spacious for its location on Waikiki. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had the tools we needed to cook although some cooking oil in the pantry would've been great since most people really need just a couple tablespoons. The pans looked in rough shape but we were able to get our pancakes off them with minimal sticking. Air conditioner was a champ, if a bit loud, and it was nice to pop out on the balcony even if it was a bit small. The included clothes rack also helped our swimsuits and towels dry quickly. Loved the bidet attachment in the toilet! Also, location was perfect, we walked to the beach, restaurants, even the Cirque Auana show at the Outrigger was only a block or so away. The location means some noise at night though so bring earplugs if you want more quiet. Also maybe an eye mask because the curtains do let the sun in, they're not blackout and also the edges don't quite shut out the light.

Great location, nice little unit with a few minor issues

First, the location is excellent within 3 blocks of the beach and walking distance to two large shopping centers, tons of designer stores and great restaurants. (Try Betty's Burgers for smash burgers and Waikiki Sho-kudo for Japanese.) Because you are in the heart of the action, it will be noisy with cars honking, sirens, loud music from bass boomers, etc. It's sort of like being in New York City downtown. NOTE: Do not use the unit address if navigating by Google Maps. Navigate to Hyatt Centric (across the street). That will bring you in going the right direction on Seaside (one-way). PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE CHECK-IN PROCESS AND READ THE INFO CAREFULLY. It is a bit complicated and the layout of the building doesn't help. The condo is small but well layed out and the two double beds are a nice feature. The kitchen is cramped but to be expected in a studio. There is some minor deferred maintenance and the floors could have used a good mopping. We addressed a few other issues with property management that hopefully will get taken care of for the next guests. All in all, it was a good experience and we would stay here again next time in Waikiki.

Basic. Clean. No good place to sit other than the bed. Could not use the balcony due to outside 'enhancements' on the building. The pool was also unavailable. The good thing is the location and the parking space.
