Welcome to our updated and modern condo directly on our private beach. Spectacular, panoramic, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the gorgeous sunset every evening relaxing on your porch! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including Magnolias, which is right across the street and serves lunch and dinner.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Enjoy keyless and easy entry. Our condo is on the second floor and does require walking up a few steps. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are provided for your enjoyment. Free Cable TV and free WIFI are included as well.

Our condo sleeps 2 and has two full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Free and easy parking for 2 cars.

Children are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. There is a 2 person max allowed to stay at the condo. We do not allow visitors/additional guests, either overnight or at the beach.

If you don't see your dates available or need more space for a larger group of people, the other condo in this building directly above this one, also with direct beach/Gulf view and access, may be available. That property ID number is 2904004.

My wife and I are senior citizens,we have been coming to this area and others for the past 15yrs.This was the worst experience we have ever had in all that time.We traveled with two family members this time and shared a rental vehicle.They rented a place closer to Stumps Pass. We were accused of having them stay with us and partying on the deck and beach. We had no party here and no one stayed but us.The host said she had video of it,when asked to to produce it,she nor mgmt could not do so,because it did not happen.Why would someone do this? Fabricate a scenario? When talking with the host,it was like talking to an auctioneer,when she finally ran out breath I tried to reason with her,I tried to talk to her but she would not let me say anything and then the auction started back up,I had enough and just hung up.The place was pretty nice and clean, the beach view was nice but not "private" as described.We were only on the beach once for a few hrs and met people from various condos AND the PUBLIC BEACH on our"private" beach.The loosely written policy leads you to believe that visitors or other guests cannot stay overnight or go to the beach,but it should state that no visitors are allowed at all because we could not even have our two family members come up for a coffee! The lights on the stairway and deck did not work,very dark at night,the deck furniture unusable,so old and rickety.The place was just not as described.More to say, no room. We would never stay here again.

The condo was exceptionally clean. We loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. The view from our deck was amazing each evening and we loved being able to be just steps from the beach. We will be back.

we have been visiting Manasota Key for about seven years and have stayed at five different VRBOs. This one is our favorite so far. (Sure would be nice if we didn't have to go through VRBO, though).

This place is absolutely perfect! Directly on the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed including plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and floaties. My friend & I take a beach vacation every year-this is our second time staying here and we are already planning our next stay!

This was our second stay in just three months, and we loved it just as much as the first time! The place is spotless, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The location can’t be beat – steps from the beach and close to everything, yet still peaceful. My husband and I are already looking forward to coming back again!

Wow ! What an incredible beachfront property. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was easy and excellent. The location was steps from the gulf and offered incredible sunsets. The interior was modern, clean and fresh. It was perfect for my wife and I. Restaurants were nearby and we couldn’t have chosen a better place on island. I would highly recommend this listing if you love being on the beach with excellent accommodations at a fair and reasonable price. We are all ready considering a 2026 repeat.

Great beach stay

Condo is directly on the beach with direct access. The entrance is a little hidden so be aware when looking for it when using a gps.

Fantastic weekend getaway

My husband and I rented this property for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 10 year anniversary! We had such an amazing time and enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as surrounding restaurants. We will definitely rebook with this owner again!

This condo has an amazing front row view of the gulf with its beautiful sunsets! My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting on the deck taking in the ocean air and view. It's incredible!It is also well taken care of, very clean, and had everything we needed for an amazing stay and fun times on the beach.We discovered that there are lots of shark teeth to be found if you're willing to hunt and sea shells galore. Rikke was responsive to my texts and made check in super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Serenity at its very best!

My best friend and I take an annual beach getaway, usually staying on the beautiful shores of AMI. This year, we decided to try something new, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier! The sand isn’t as nice as Anna Maria’s, but everything else more than makes up for it. This was by far the best rental we’ve ever had! The views from inside and on the porch were absolutely stunning! We spent so much time relaxing in the rocking chairs out front—they quickly became our favorite spot (besides the beach itself). We didn’t even realize what we’d been missing until now. This place is much more secluded than our usual spots, so we enjoyed a peaceful, neighbor-free experience that made this our most tranquil trip yet. The furniture was all really comfortable, and we loved having the washer and dryer right behind a door on the front porch—that’s such a nice touch. Rikke, our host, was fantastic—very responsive and friendly. We’re definitely planning to make this our go-to spot for our annual beach trips from now on!

great place

the condo was everything that was advertised. Could use a gas grill. The only thing was that when the upstairs tenants moved their deck furniture, it sounded like they were coming through the roof of our unit. we did have 4 days/nights of very peaceful rest and quiet. The second tenants did the same with the deck furniture and also had some sort of a machine that ran from 9PM to about 7AM every night, sounded like a car engine running.

Great Chill Out Stay

This was a very nice older, two-story condo, with an outstanding deck that was only about 40 yards from the water’s edge. Quiet beach. It really gets dark at night, none of the ambient light from big condo complexes (none of thise on Englewood). A number of nice restaurants and beach bars were only 2-3 minute drive or a short walk. Beachcomber was greatatmosphere and good “bar food”. Farlow’s was a 10 minute drive but outstanding seafood. Publix, Starbucks, and Walmart are only a 7-10 minute drive. Nokomis Beach, which is wonderful and open, was only a 30 minute drive. Perfect couples condo.

Great Beach Vacation
