122A New Castle St.- Downstairs unit.- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
You'll enjoy exploring the beach, boardwalk, and everything Rehoboth offers when you stay in our fully renovated first floor unit that was completed in May 2024. Not only is the location amazing, but the interior of our rental is spectacular as well. This unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath that is handicap accessible with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs is completely renovated as well, and is available to book, which would provide you with 4 total bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
There is a separate laundry room on the first floor with a private entrance the both upstairs and downstairs will have access to.

There is no off-street parking available, but there will be 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit available to you during your stay.
No pets are permitted.

Bedding - 1 Queen and 2 Singles.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $125.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Girls weekend done right. Close enough for a quick walk. Far enough for when we had enough. It was cute, clean, quaint & perfect for our girls weekend for our run event. Also had way more available for a comfy & cozy stay, than we originally thought. Sending our slip to return next year

Simple and walkable

This smaller apartment works great for 4 adults. We liked how easy check in was and spent a lot of time at the beach and could walk to any restaurants and shopping.

Great stay!

4 of us, including a 3 and 6 year old stayed in 122A, the first floor of a very nicely renovated back-house in South Rehoboth. It was about 2 blocks from the ocean - very walkable with a wagon for the kids. It was close enough to the boardwalk stops like Funland and Zelky's Arcade, as well as Rehoboth Ave where all the restaurants and shops are located. All in all it was a peaceful area and a nice break from using the car. Highly recommend for a small group looking for relaxation at the beach and fun in town. Tanger outlets, food shopping, etc. also a short drive away.

Quiet and serene

Pictures did not do the apartment justice. The property was beautiful and the apartment was perfect for our beach weekend. Only a few blocks from the beach and the main strip.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a few days. It's brand new, very clean and modern, and had everything we needed. It's a very short walk to the boardwalk, too, while being far enough from the commercial part of town to be quiet at night.

Great place to stay.

The property is super cute and in a great quiet residential area convenient to the boardwalk, main avenue shops and restaurants, and silver lake. Could not have asked for better. The property is very clean and has all things you would need including a dishwasher and laundry facilities. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beach time

We decided almost at the last minute to take a small trip to the beach and this property was available. It was absolutely perfect - short walk to the beach, to downtown, to Funland... As we had our little grand-daughter with us, all of these were important. We enjoyed the walk to the beach along the beautiful flowery street and quiet evenings. The location could not be better. And the apartment was just as described. I would highly recommend it.

Great location

Excellent location a few blocks from the beach and downtown. One of the twin beds is a trundle and is on the floor with a very hard mattress. Not suitable for an older person, even my teenage daughter needed to sleep with me in the queen instead of there. Living area is quite small but was fine as we were not in the room much. Good laundry machines with 2 beach chairs. Very clean.

Short family getaway

Booked the property to be within walking distance to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. The property was perfect for us - just enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids ages 6 and 8. We were glad the weather was good because if we had to spend a rainy day indoors, it may be a little too small. The check in process was a bit annoying. I like booking through VRBO instead of a realtor because of ease of check in. Since this property is managed by a realtor, we had a frustrating check in process - no packet in the after hours bin (at 5pm on a Sunday) then called a number to be told it was direct check in but turned out wasn’t. When more people are involved, there’s more opportunities to drop the ball. We eventually got in and settled and the trip was smooth and enjoyable after that. I’d stay here again because of the space and ease of being in town.

Weekend at the Beach

Our family stayed here during the Sea Witch Festival, our first time attending. It was perfect walking distance to all the events while being just off the beaten path. We arrived after hours and our check in information was easy to access. The apartment comes well equipped with new appliances, functional furnishings, and conveniences like the hair dryer and steamer. Given it is professionally cleaned it was especially disappointing to find scum in the toilet and tiny gnats in the bathroom upon arrival. Dirty walls and baseboards, a missing light bulb in the bedroom with twin beds and a mattress cover that needed washed. We gladly used our own sheets and comforters. Aside from the cleanliness, we enjoyed our short weekend away.

Nice property

The property was great overall. A couple minor things: We noticed that the AC unit in the second bedroom wouldn’t blow cold air (compared with the other units). Also, the steam from the shower activated the smoke alarm in the hall when the bathroom door is opened- this is in spite of using the bathroom fan. I think opening the window helps and also keeping the bathroom door shut for a bit after showering. Otherwise the property was great. Everything was brand new and clean. It was relatively well appointed.

Our Short Stay

Our experience with the agent at Coldwell Banker who handled this property was not a good one. He was responsive and nice up until we booked the property. After that, he was slow to respond and was very rude on the day of our arrival. The property lists the address of the the house as 122 New Castle. Thus we went to 122 New Castle and the code we were given did not work. So we had to call the after hours line and the same agent who helped us book it, was on-call. He was very rude and unfriendly. Seemed annoyed we called. He came and told us we were at the wrong house and the property was 122A New Castle. You would think they would list that on Vrbo or the packet they give you but they did not. He was in a hurry to leave. We seemed to be an inconvenience to him. So he left. When we went into the house, the 2nd bedroom of this property only had one twin bed. The picture online shows two separate twin beds. So reluctantly I called the agent again and he said it was a trundle bed. They need to correct that. The place is very small. Only good thing was it was clean.
