Bienvenido a esta hermosa casa de la ciudad que es, sin duda, una de las mejores unidades en Malibú. Esta totalmente amueblado y reformado, con vistas al mar aturdidor le sorprenderá. Unidad de grandes artistas con sala de estar / comedor / cocina y Océano patio planta abierta en la planta baja. Un gran cuarto de lavado y almacenamiento adicional también completan la planta baja. Arriba tiene 2 dormitorios con 1 cama King y 2 camas dobles, 2 baños, dos dormitorios tienen fabulosas vistas al mar y balcones. Gran suite principal, que cuenta con un vestidor y un baño grande con doble lavabo, ducha de vapor de cristal y bañera de lujo. Piscina de agua salada en complejo también!

Malibu @ Christmas

The property was tremendous. Good amount of space on main floor and bedrooms were comfortable. Our family of 4 (2 adult children) enjoyed our Christmas holiday in Malibu. Weather could have been better, but not a controllable.

Location!!!

Property was exactly as pictured and nice and clean! Property manager was super quick to answer questions and helped us out when we had a problem. Location was close to everything we wanted to enjoy.. beach, hiking, restaurants, and shopping! Robin thought of everything and left directions to make your stay hassle free and enjoyable! WE LOVED IT!!!!!

Stylish with great location

We really enjoyed our time in this Malibu home! The home is very clean and tastefully decorated. There are views of the ocean from the bedrooms and main living area. It was very quiet and in an upscale location. The beds were very comfortable! The owner was quick to respond to every email. She was also accommodating when we asked to add a night once we arrived. The location is ideal next to the Malibu village. We would love to rent this unit again.

Luxury with a view

My family of four adults were attending a family wedding in Malibu and we couldn't have picked a more comfortable and lovely place to stay. This townhouse is perfectly outfitted and beautifully decorated. It was a delight to have coffee in the morning on the porch to watch the early surfboarders and coming from a NY city apartment we loved grilling outside. Robin was easy to deal with sorting out rental details.

What an outstanding property!!!! Beautifully and tastefully decorated with a terrific view of the ocean. We visited Malibu last year so we were aware of the location, which is in a quiet and secure comune conveniently close to varied amenities. Although adjacent to the Pacific Highway, the property is sound proofed and personally, we found this to be convenient for accessing all the attractions in LA and exploring Malibu. We would not hesitate in booking this property for any future visits to Malibu and will be recommending to family and friends. A jewel in Malibu's crown!!!!!

Malibu condo

We had an excellent stay at this comfy condo with views of the Pacific and the coast highway. We had excellent communications and support from Robin, the owner. The photos were an accurate representation of the interior space so it was very much as we expected. The rooms are spacious and airy - with the sliding glass doors open we could feel the Pacific breeze so we did not need air conditioning though it was quite warm during some of our days there. The building was very calm and quiet and the neighbours were very friendly and welcoming so it did not feel we were staying in a holiday ghetto. The Internet connection was strong and steady - unlike many other holiday homes we have booked. The condo is very well located -about half a mile from two pleasant shopping centres. It is close enough to walk but probably better to drive than take the challenge of the traffic on Pacific Coast Highway. There are many nice places to eat nearby - we especially like Ollo which has very nicely prepared dishes made from local ingredients, and Tra Di Noi, a very discrete Italian restaurant with patio tables and some very exclusive clientele. Pepperdine university is 2 minutes away and they often host interesting public lectures. UCLA and Santa Monica are about 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. A 25 minute drive through scenic Malibu canyon takes you to the major shopping malls of Woodland Hills and massive outlet stores near Camarillo. And of course Malibu beach is only a few minutes away. All in all a very restful place to relax yet very convenient as a base for touring the area.

Stairs, Odors, Noise

I have had two short term rentals myself and stayed at multiple vacation homes. We left this unit after one night. Incredibly disappointed. Old complex. Straight up steep stairway I could not have managed and carried up luggage if I was by myself. The smell of mildew/mold as we came up the stairway to the unit entry. The unit didn’t smell like mold/mildew but has an odd smell in both levels. Sofa smells like urine Interior stairwell going upstairs another flight does not have a light in it just a plate on the ceiling where a light was removed. Upstairs guest bathroom, the sink is loose and the toilet seat smashes down. No place in the shower to even put a bar of soap and light isn’t working . Overall there is a strange smell throughout the house even opening windows. Could not keep the windows open while sleeping as the traffic on PCH never stopped . I knew we would be near PCH but didn’t know how loud and constant the noise would be. This unit has been upgraded from this old complex. However, we couldn’t stay and had a very expensive one night!

Excellent choice

Description and photos of the property were accurate. Robin’s communication was timely and accurate. We would definitely stay at this property again. We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the numerous restaurants/shops in the nearby village.

Beautiful, Clean and Majestic Malibu for the holidays

My partner and I rented this fabulous Malibu property for 10 days over the Christmas and New Year holidays. The home was clean and organized with everything that we needed and more. The pics are exactly as the property is ! The comments and advice from the owner were tremendously helpful, and spot on with great places to dine, and things to do in Malibu. We would stay here again - wonderful experience !!

Picture Perfect

This is truly wonderful property. We stayed for a week at the end of April 2021. From the start, the host is responsive and welcoming. During these uncertain travel times, it was so helpful that the host was flexible with check-in times, changing dates and so on. The pictures are totally accurate and genuinely represent the property. It is centrally located, clean, easy to use and equipped with everything one might need. I have already recommended the property to many of our friends and family.

Perfect Retreat in Malibu

Our family was seeking a relaxing vacation in a gorgeous location to finish out the year and start the New Year, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay than this Malibu home. The condo’s beautiful decorations perfectly compliment the most perfect views from the outdoor patios. The condo had everything we needed and more, and we were minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and gorgeous hiking trails. It truly was a retreat and a recharge of the mind, body, and soul! We loved our trip, and can’t wait to go back.

Week in Malibu

Absolutely perfect for our week in Malibu to move our daughter into Pepperdine. Robin is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful condo with all the amenities and an amazing location! We will be back for sure!

Welcome to this gorgeous town home that is, hands down, one of the finest units in Malibu. This fully furnished and renovated, ocean view stunner will amaze you. Great entertainers unit with living/dining/kitchen and Ocean patio open floor plan downstairs. A large laundry room and additional storage also round out the lower level. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, both bedrooms have fabulous ocean views and balconies. Large master suite, boasting a walk in closet and large bath with double vanity, glass shower and luxurious bath tub. Salt water pool in complex too!
