The beach view and access was amazing. The house was clean and nicely decorated along with plenty of amenities. Our host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. Communication with the host was wonderful and check in/check out were smooth processes! The decorations inside were very well done, which made for a nice environment, and the house was well equipped with extras of the essentials (soap, etc). We always appreciate when a rental has extra cleaning supplies on hand and adequate towels/washcloths- this place did! Our favorite part was enjoying the porch and the close location to the beach access, which helped us make the most of our stay.

The cottage was excellent. Loved the porch table and chairs. Had a wonderful time on the porch watching the sea gulls and pelicans. The view of the ocean was magnificent.

The house was small and cozy. Just right for my family of 4. Right on the ocean front. Very calm and relaxing. The views were awesome! We spent a lot of our time on the Deck. The host was great! My husband already said we can plan for next year as well. If timing works out, We will be staying here again. It was just perfect.The kitchen is fully stocked to cook your meals. There is gas grill. Lots of chairs, chaise lounges, Wagon etc... Everything you need for the beach is available.The home is pet friendly too! We discovered our dog is a beach dog. She laid out on that deck the majority of the time. I've never seen her at such peace. The home was clean and well equipped. The host checked in with us just to see how things were going. Overall, the home, the place, the host 10 outta 10.If you stay, go down the road to the Tikki Dole Whip. You must try!

Perfect beach get away

We loved this cozy beautiful home. It’s only steps away from the beach. The owners were great about making sure we were comfortable and had anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful week staying at the beach cottage. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, cozy, and decorated with a beach vibe. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the porch and being only steps away from the ocean. The space under the house was nice to have and we used grill and hammock. We would definitely stay here again.

Truly cozy !!

The cozy home, views, little details throughout the indoors and out. Just steps to ocean, pet friendly. The only thing that wasnt perfect was the weather!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very close to the beach which makes it nice that everyone can come and go as they like. The house was nicely stocked, but it would have been nice if some of those amenities would have been in the listing. It would have lightened my (packing) load a bit but all in all it was a very nice trip.

The cottage is cute and well cared for. The host seems bothered if you reach out with questions. The first night the fire alarm went off when we opened the front door. We told Roz…she said to not leave the door open and the air on at the same time. The alarm went off daily. It is a bit unnerving but we informed the host as it occurred. The last day it happened the alarm said it was unsafe in the basement area and to check for smoke and to leave the bldg. We unhooked it and reported it…yet again. Roz said…we have no basement! We were told the alarm was new and should have been on. This was just an inconvenient situation . However…the unacceptable part came after we left and we were sent additional fee charges. This cottage is listed as pet friendly. I have traveled with a genuine service dog for over 20 years. I comply with all rules and regulations. A service dog is medical equipment and NOT a pet under the ADA regulations. We brought a small Frenchie as our pet as per the instructions. But we were charged a fee for our Service dog!! I am refusing to pay this!!! It is illegal!!

I am happy that you enjoyed your trip! As for you bothering me with your text, it is the furthest from the truth! This is my home , so I appreciate it to be aware of any mishaps that may/ are present, as per my response: I will have someone take a look at it. Per my rental policy I accept 1 dog under 50 lb. You came with 2 dogs. Comon practice and courtesy is to let the owner know about the dog's. Cleaning crew needs to know to bring the right tools. As per your case, we needed to replace the mattress protector ( blood stains were present) carpets needed to be washed. I understand the love for your pets , but I do take pride in my home, so I want people who have allergies to be comfortable to. The pet fee it is for your 2nd dog, not for your service animals.

What a gem!!

We have been to many beach communities and stayed in many homes - this little cottage was one of the best! The place was immaculate upon our arrival and the owner was quick to respond to questions. And totally stocked - there was not one small appliance or utensil missing. Even a sewing kit!! Although the house is small, it didn't seem small. The furniture was well placed and perfect for the rooms. Most of all, we loved that the owners have retained the cottage feel by retaining a lot of the home's character while keeping it updated and clean. As far as location, it couldn't be better! Right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood with no commercial buildings but just minutes from restaurants and stores. The covered back deck and perfect sitting area made us want to eat every meal there.We totally recommend this home to anyone who wants to relax on the beach in a quiet area with boardwalk vibes.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and lovely beachfront. Beach chairs available for use was nice. Although there was a glitch at check in Rozalia was very kind to compensate us for the confusion. I would love to see the window by the table replaced since there is condensation obstructing the beautiful ocean view that the home provides.Overall the home is still a great place to spend your vacation and is a good value.
