"Manatee Suites" Funky Fish House is an exclusive yachting community in Cape Harbour.
“Manatee Suites” offers a five-level design, perfect for couples or groups. All 3 private suites offer a king-sized bed, living room, and private laundry room. Suites 1 and 2 have well-equipped kitchenettes, and Suite 3 has a full kitchen. Level one is a common area we call "Sea Level Lounge". This is a new development so there are still a few under construction around us.
Private washer and drier in suite.
Ice maker in kitchenette.
Private balcony overlooking the water and facing west for beautiful sunsets.
Elevator
Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, boat and kayak rentals and gift shops.
Entire private suite and balcony included in this rental.
Common areas with 2 other suites include stairway, elevator, sea level lounge (large gathering room on the dock level with games and bar) and Dock with Tiki.
We live in the Cape Harbour development so that gives us the opportunity to quickly take care of any issues or needs you may have, so you can call or text either of us at any time.
Our level of interaction is completely up to you.
You are able to self check-in upon arrival.
Cape Harbour Marina is a luxury waterfront development located in the Southwest area of Cape Coral. There are many restaurants, shops, amenities and events. There is always something to do and great people to meet.

My wife Rhonda has lived in SWFL for over 35 years, and I have been here for 43 years, and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. 6 years ago, we moved into the Hi-Rise Condominiums at Cape Harbour Marina and have watched the Fish Houses being built. As real estate agents, we have participated in many sales and purchases of them for our clients, and in May of 2024, we were lucky enough to have the opportunity to purchase one (there are only 18 of them). We have really enjoyed decorating it and getting it ready for guests as well as staying here ourselves a few weekends, and we hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did. Living here in the

We live in the neighborhood and love it. The community has lots of amenities like pools, clubhouse, tennis courts and gym. There is also several restaurants, shops and a coffee shop on the property.
