We loved our stay at this condo! When we first arrived, we didn’t realize that we needed to check in online for a parking pass for our car. I messaged Kenny, and he got back with me within seconds and pointed us in the right direction. The location was awesome. We walked to almost all of the restaurants that we ate at, which was super nice with the vacation traffic. We also bragged the whole time about how safe and secure the property was with the gates. We also felt that compared to other places we had stayed, this one felt like the quietest and least crowded place yet. Would recommend this to anyone!

Clean room, nicely decorated- the lady loved it. Comfortable bedGood A/CGated complex was good and grounds were nice. Pool was clean. 3 lights were out,-2 in the hall and one in the bedroom.The office was closed for the weekend when we were booked to arrive, but we figured things out quickly, and it wasn't an issue as I already had the info necessary to get in to our unit. Host was nice and responded to all questions. Overall stay was great.

Regarding the HOA office, yes it being a smaller gated community they aren't open on weekends, but like you said we make sure to get you all the info you need prior to arriving anyway and can always call me for anything needed. The check in process was easy and the condo was very clean. Location was perfect with plenty of great food options and activities. The complex was very secure and clean as well. We enjoyed our time at Sugar Beach as will return.

The condo needs to be updated. The refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced and the condo could use a deep cleaning. Counter tops, cabinets wiped down including the bathroom. The air filter needs to be checked often. The condo smelled like cigarette smoke upon arriving and personally changed the filter after contacting the host. The odor improved after replacing the completely stopped up filter. No beach view but easy beach access. The condo does have a patio at ground level that offers a peaceful setting next to a pond full of live turtles. The host responded quickly to my phone call concerning the odor problem. He was polite & asked how he could help.
