This luxurious modern high-end residence, situated between Rollingwood and West Lake Hills, is the ideal location – only one mile to Zilker Park and three miles to Downtown Austin. The home includes a gourmet kitchen, luxury amenities and an open concept floor plan which connects to an outdoor oasis with a fenced pool and large deck for entertaining or relaxing.

The space
Enter to a wide open modern residence with a luxury and spacious living room that accommodates up to 10 people. Beautiful modern high-end all leather furniture and a 75’ LED TV where all can watch a favorite movie or show. The 14 foot ceiling living room/dining room area are connected and comfortably sits 8 people. Fall in love with the 20 foot four glass panel door that opens to the outdoor deck and an all-fenced pool. Enjoy a fun day in the outdoor deck area, jump in the pool and have a delicious meal in the covered dining/grill area. Workout on the Spin Bike, Cross-Fit Rig, play a Ping Pong tournament, or simply relax on the space for yoga after a sauna session and a quick rejuvenating dip to the cold plunge.

Have the kids play in the front fenced yard. There is a spot for everyone to enjoy.

The state-of-the art kitchen includes a commercial range with full convection oven, a second Miele steam oven for easy cooking/reheating, equipped for a chef to prepare a wonderful meal. You will find two convenient extra fridge drawers to store your drinks or veggies.

For a little privacy close the barn door to the large family room and watch a game or a movie on the 65‘ TV or simply have the kids play a board game or have some play time.

The first floor bedroom doubles as a second main suite - equipped with a queen bed, a medium size SMART TV and an ensuite full bath with an over sized glass door shower.

On this same floor there is a big laundry room with a large counter for folding clothes or ironing. In addition, there is a half bath.

Walk up the stairs and make your way to the primary Main suite and two additional bedrooms. The Main suite is a large room with a flat panel TV and very spacious. The Main bedroom comes with an ensuite natural stone tile bathroom that includes two large vanities each with its own sink and mirror. The glass door shower is large and comes with a "Rain Shower" head and a second hand shower. The tiled floors are heated for great comfort when getting out of the shower.

For the remaining two guest rooms, one is a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and a desk. The last bedroom comes with a queen bed and a desk as well, and is a perfect cozy hideout on the backside of the house. These two guest rooms share a full bathroom with a beautiful white vanity and a double head shower. This bathroom comes with heated tiled floors as well, you will love them!

This luxurious residence has large windows that allow plenty of light and gives an airy feel. Is very well kept, easy to maintain and the perfect place to relax and have fun at the same time! for corporate groups this residence is ideal for remote working!
Guest access
Guests are able to access all unlocked parts of the house, which is substantially the entire house. Areas not accessible to guests are locations marked as "Private Owner Space".

Owners space includes the garage, some closets, owners office and some cabinets in the kitchen and some drawers in the bathroom vanities, which are all "Locked".

Other things to note
Check-In Access to the home as follows:

- The "House Key" will be in a lock box on the fence next to the driveway parking.
- Host will text you the access code prior to your arrival.
- The key will open both the door to the left of the garage door and the front door.
- Please plan to leave the key in the lock box when you leave.
