Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
Pool:
Due to our desert location, there`s potential for sand in the pool. Regular cleaning is scheduled every Monday if you prefer not to be bothered during your stay please let us know and we can coordinate another day for the pool to be cleaned. While our pool is not heated, it`s perfect for cooling off and enjoying the beautiful weather!
Backyard Details:
The backyard features a hardscape with rocks, offering a unique desert landscape. Please supervise children accordingly.
Respect for Neighbors:
Please ensure that you do not impede on the neighbors` property or use their driveway at any time.
Air Conditioning Use:
To maintain efficiency and effectiveness, the AC will not operate with doors open. Please ensure all doors are closed when the AC is running.
Umbrella Safety:
Please keep the umbrellas closed when not in use to prevent damage and ensure safety during windy conditions.

• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
