1st Floor - Raised private pool (can be heated for a fee). - Living Area with wet bar, beverage cooler, and access to private pool. - Half Bath - Beachfront king bedroom with private bathroom, shower, and access to the pool. - Game room equipped with stand-up arcade games - King bedroom facing the street with an attached bathroom and shower. - Roadside bunk bedroom with a full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk bed and an attached bathtub/shower combination. - Laundry Room - Hall Bathroom with shower - Second fridge on 1st floor in closet.
2nd Floor - Large deck perfect for sunbathing or taking in the views. - Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. - The dining area boasts multiple beverage coolers. - Half Bath - Streetside king bedroom with private bathroom with shower. - Second streetside king bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
3rd Floor - A living room designed for extra comfort or socializing. - Beachfront king bedroom with private bathroom, shower, and deck access. - Streetside bedroom with three queen beds and an en-suite tub/shower.
GUEST ACCESS - Parking is available for 4 to 5 vehicles. - Access to the beach via a communal boardwalk. - *Elevator service is available during your stay

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Accommodates up to 22 guests. - Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. - Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Fantastic property
We had a great trip! The house is fantastic - ample space, well thought out floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and the best location! It was super clean and Jessica at the rental company was very helpful. We would definitely rent Bluebell again!

Lovely house
The house layout was great. Had a bit of trouble when checking in with getting doors open. Staff was very responsive but poor cell service hampered tHE communication. The doors were sort of stuck unlocking but after about 20 minutes we got in. The house was large, furniture comfortable. Great layout for hanging out. Pool was lovely.

House location, layout and living space are incredible. The pool was perfect for the time we weren't on the beach and the door chime on both doors out to the pool deck gave us peace of mind as parents of young kids as well. Plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The gear credit was another huge win. The only downside is the super late check-in. Checking in after 5 PM for those traveling a long distance is super difficult. The reason given is the commitment to making sure the home is immaculately clean upon arrival, but we arrived to couches turned upside down and lots of food, trash, debris still on the floors. Cape & Coast did immediately send someone out and have them remedy the issue to their credit. All that said, we would stay here or with C&C again
