Are you tired of old, run-down or dated stays? Relax in luxury in this recently built, Ted Mason-built home who is the most respected builder in the Treasure Valley!
Generously appointed: Granite, fireplace, fenced, park-like backyard, you'll relax after sightseeing the nearby attractions: the Village/Foothills/Downtown/Capitol/BSU, etc. You'll have access to all the sites you'll want to see.
Make new memories with your loved ones, (or stay for Business) and you'll be happy you booked your stay at our home. We look forward to hosting you!
Home is 2nd to the end of the driveway headed North.
Keypad is in the "front yard" and you can park in the garage or use the turn around to back into the driveway. The is additional parking spaces also.
"The Park" is available for your use: to picnic, play, walk along the canal, or best of all enjoy the stunning views of Boise/Bogus Basin.
Enjoy the quiet relaxation of "the city of trees" from this very spacious and quiet backyard.
The Interior of the townhouse is generously appointed! The primary bedroom has its own suite and wing with stunning views, walk-in closet, high ceilings with fan, high countertop and rainmaker shower-head. The closet has tons of storage!
The Dedicated workspace awaits just outside the primary bedroom. (If you need to work and it even has an Air Printer.)
The 3rd bedroom has flexible amenities: treadmill, queen bed on the floor for children/relaxation, also a pac-n-play crib for toddlers and infants.
The main floor has reclining loveseat, kitchen bar and table and is smart tv enabled including some of your favorite apps.
Outdoor yard is fully fenced with seating area and gated.

I love fishing, praying, founding non-profits (I'm working on #4 and 5 as we speak) leveraged by the real estate industry. Staying with our team supports women and children in Haiti and abroad who survive DV and other traumas. We provide, shelter, income, but most of all: Hope and Charity.
I travel the world often (Haiti, France, Italy, the Philippines, The Camino de Santiago and Ethiopia) and love doing good for my neighbors!
I played basketball at SeattleU and went to serve with Mother Teresa from '97-2000. These years dramatically impacted my life.
I enjoy the simple life: prayer, games with family/friends, camping and hiking, a good shared meal and the outdoors. I bake bread every Thursday and love to cook. Especially something fresh caught/harvested from my beach home that is NOT for rent. (Yet 😉)
