Inside, you'll find plush furnishings, modern amenities, and breathtaking panoramic ocean views that never get old. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise, gathering for dinner after a day in the sun, or winding down with the windows open to the sea breeze, Beach to Bay wraps you in comfort and effortless coastal elegance.

Spend your days floating in your private pool, cruising the island in the included golf cart, or taking your private boardwalk straight to the sand at mile marker 52. With plenty of space to spread out, relax, and truly unwind, Beach to Bay isn't just a vacation home, it's the kind of getaway you'll wish you booked longer

Good to know before booking

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
• Due to limited parking, trailers of any kind are not permitted.

Golf cart information (included)

• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Same-day bookings are not guaranteed.
• Example: If you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts.
• After your booking is confirmed, Joy Golf Carts will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.

Private pool information

• The pool is serviced twice a week on Mondays and Fridays (depending on the weather).
• We do our best to keep sand out of the pool.
• Because we are right next to the dunes, you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool.
• Please note that this home is located in a developing community and there may be construction nearby.

Beach gear credit included

• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• You can choose from items such as bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

Additional information

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Due to minimal parking, there are no trailers of any kind allowed in the neighborhood.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

Cleaning and inspection

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
