Este condominio cuenta con una fantástica vista al mar sin obstáculos desde el frente, sino también desde dos dormitorios principales. Es una unidad de esquina, por lo que también hay ventanas a los lados que permiten una excelente vista del amanecer. ¡Puedes ver el océano desde la cama o el sofá! Está decorado con un tema playero y es brillante y alegre. Hay estacionamiento cubierto directamente debajo del condominio y la lavandería y el elevador están a la vuelta de la esquina. La unidad ha sido remodelada con nuevos mostradores de granito, gabinetes, electrodomésticos, lavabos, inodoros, muebles, ropa de cama y pintura en todas partes. Hay dos baños completos y dos dormitorios principales con camas queen. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y es pequeño sin puerta. Hay muchos asientos en la sala de estar, incluido un cómodo sofá cama doble (sábanas en el armario). Everything about this place was perfect. It slept 3 couples perfect. Very clean, great parking, beautiful ocean view. Most definitely will be rebooking to stay again. Did need some help with the lock but they returned my call almost immediately.

The unit was clean and decorated, although the decorations were a little over the top. The property was pretty well worn down with the elevator apparently being down for months. The unit came with no extra trash bags, two half rolls of toilet paper and no paper towels. Expect to make a trip to the local Walmart for supplies. In our third day management showed up for a "key check" and open the door and tried to come in to count beds. Seemed really sketchy and we refused them access to the unit. They said they would be checking keys after 9:00 but were pounding on out door after 8:30 am. Then we were told there would be no water on the third day from 9.30 until 1.00 which meant we could not use the unit during the afternoon forcing us to change plans on that day. So after getting woke up early (we were on vacation), we were forced to leave due to the lack of water. Overall ok, but the last day was a cluster.

Thank you for your review. The elevator in our building has been working up until the day before your arrival. I promptly notified you as soon as I received the email and advised where another elevator is located. Per the Guidelines I sent you upon booking, paper products are not supplied other than the first roll of toilet paper. We send the Guidelines so our guests can be aware of what they need to bring in advance. I also notified you that management would need to access the unit on Thursday 6/11 between the hours of 9-11am. I As I stated this is an annual inspection for fire safety. Most importantly to make sure management has the correct keys to enter in case of emergency. I also notified you of the water shut off and the time frame. It was definitely odd all this happened during your stay and is unfortunate. Summer is a busy time and we have no control over these issues. I apologize again for the inconveinces during your stay.

Beautiful Condo

The property is just as advertised along the Gulf Expwy. There is plenty of covered and open parking and the checkin (Paul) was extremely friendly and helpful. The inside was clean and decorated nicely. It is a tight fit into the 3rd bedroom but the remainder of the place is spacious and beautiful. Definitely would stay again.

It’s was great location next to and walking distance to beach, Walmart and anything you really need.

It’s was easy to rent this property and owners are easy to get in touch with if needed. The property was clean, updated and exactly what we needed for our family. The best part was it was beach front ams had a great view.

Adorable and Close to Beach

The condo was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The complex was a little old, but had two well kept pools and hot tubs. The condo is right across from the beach and only two blocks away from a light to cross Seawall Blvd which allows access down to the beach.

We are born and raised in the Houston area with great memories of Galveston growing up. We often stayed at the Victorian while raising our children and loved the location and cozy feeling of the unit. We have owned a 2nd home for us in Galveston since 2003 and have invested in rental propertIes also. We bought this unit with the thoughts we might possibly live there one day so we have updated it and keep it in top notch shape. Our family comes often and we focus on cleanliness and comfort.

Location:
With your back to the ocean our condo is the first one on the right, just above the parking garage. The stairs and the elevator are very near our unit. Lockbox code 5960

Guidelines:
Please be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours.
Register your vehicle/vehicles in the front office at the circle drive. There will be a $35 fee plus tax that covers 2 vehicles. There will be another $35 charged if there is a 3rd car which this fee will cover the 4th car too. Also ask the desk for the wifi code and codes for the pool and fitness center. These codes change frequently.
No pets
No smoking in unit
Please do your best to keep sand out of the condo.
Do not let children jump on beds.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. You will be charged for checking out late.
If myself or my housekeeper is not there for check in, I will put a key in the lockbox to the right of the door. CODE 5960
Please put all soiled towels and rags in the bathtub upon leaving.
Leave beds unmade with sheets on upon leaving. If sleeper sofa is used, please leave sofa bed unfolded.
Keep all doors and windows closed at all times.
Start dishwasher
Take out all trash when leaving.
LOCK DOOR when leaving and place key back into lockbox.
