This home is located about 30-45 minutes from most parks. Best part of this home is you can avoid Interstate 4 for all major places you're visiting!! Walmart is about 25 minutes away. There are a lot of schools near the home so be prepared to have to wait at crossings, speed humps and drive very slow (15-20 mph). You can't be in a hurry to leave anywhere. Nice neighborhood, felt safe. Loved the open backyard to pond. We had ducks & turtles greeting us daily. The home has a lot of bedrooms (5) but not a lot of gathering space. The kitchen table only seats 6 if you pull out the extenders. If it is nice outside, you can eat outside but if it is not nice there is not a large area to eat or gather together. The beds are firm. The pool is large, six feet deep at the deepest. Hot tub can fit 4-5 adults, but it is not a hot tub you sit on a bench, it is like a small pool about 3 ft deep where you sit in a circle all on the hot tub ground. Bring sandals for pool area, lots of tiny pebbles. The house has a lot of kitchenware; we were able to manage with what they had for meals at home. The management company was friendly & quick to come when we could not get the hot tub heat to work. Would return!
