We are so honored to welcome you to our beloved home away from home. Our family treasures our time spent here in the beautiful city of North Port and we know you will too!

What more could you ask for than a newly renovated home that provides you with the ultimate blend of comfort and luxury! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ideally positioned on a serene lake, with a private dock, that provides a perfect spot to enjoy peaceful sunrise and sunset water views from your caged pool and lanai. The solar heated pool invites you for a refreshing dip for the ultimate in relaxation with family and friends. Beside an outdoor shower on the lanai, there is even an expanded patio and separate grilling area just outside the caged lanai. If the fun moves indoors, then enjoy a game of pool in the fully enclosed and spacious Florida room, complete with an 8 ft. pool table, dry bar, flat screen tv, and a full-size refrigerator, to hold your favorite cold beverages and appetizers! The Florida room is the perfect setting for entertaining or unwinding after a long day. For the active at heart, there are 2 area parks just a block or two away, that offer recreation for all ages, from playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard and even a public boat/kayak ramp. Bring your dog, as the park is pet friendly too!

Some of the larger attractions nearby are the North Port Aquatic Center, the new Wellen Park Downtown, and CoolToday Park, which is the home of the Atlanta Braves spring training.
