Su familia le encantará este cuarto piso de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con vistas completas frente al mar en el norte y el este.

Un montón de espacio para su familia y la fijación de precios reducida debido a la primera temporada de los dueños han decidido alquilar.

Más que suficiente capacidad en las áreas de estar y comedor con una nueva pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas. La cocina está completamente equipada y, por supuesto proporcionamos la ropa de cama y toallas.
El principal tiene su propio baño y viene con una cama King y un televisor de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio es también una cama doble, mientras que la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Esta es una propiedad de esquina con dos balcones y dos balcones franceses.

Incluido en el alquiler es una limpieza de una sola vez después de alquiler y un paquete de ropa que incluye: las camas hechas con el suministro de ropa de cama (hoja amueblada y hoja superior para cada cama y un sofá cama) Toallas (8 toallas, 3 toallas de mano, 6 paños y toallas de cocina): Bar jabón, jabón de manos suministran junto con bolsas de basura, papel higiénico y detergente lavavajillas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con platos, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina y por supuesto todos los electrodomésticos cotidianos.

Algo sobre nuestro edificio Arcadian II

Somos una gran altura más pequeña; Sí sólo 6 apartamentos por piso. No hay largas esperas para el ascensor. No correr por la mañana para guardar sus hamacas en la piscina. Estas cuestiones no son un problema en nuestro edificio ya que tenemos un montón de sillas de la piscina y grandes ascensores. Ah, y no hay lugares malos en este edificio ya que todos están frente al mar.
La Pista de tenis está disponible la mayor parte del tiempo, pero si no puedes reservarlo.
Nuestra puerta trasera está a sólo 25 yardas a la playa! Gran aparcamiento con espacios cerca de la entrada! Bellmen carros por la puerta del frente para ayudar a conseguir su equipaje y salir.

Sección Arcadian Shores está justo en medio de Myrtle y North Myrtle Beach en áreas no incorporadas del Condado de Horry. Nuestra dirección es en Myrtle Beach, pero un poco lejos de las multitudes. Si te gustan las multitudes en la zona de restaurantes ocasión es de 2 minutos. aterrizaje descalzo es una unidad de 5 minutos y Broadway en la playa a unos 15 minutos.

Myrtle friends trip

We were pleasantly surprised with the area where the condo is located. Check-in was a breeze and security personnel were very helpful and nice. The condo was as described, spacious and well-equipped. The appliances were older models but worked great! Very quiet location, which was wonderful for a group in their 60s. We had no issues while there. Would definitely stay here again. Very happy with our visit.

Amazing View

Quiet neighborhood. Condo was very comfortable and spacious with amazing view of beautiful beach. Great pool too. Had a wonderful time.

Great Condo

The view from the room is fantastic. The room itself was great! Clean, stocked, tastefully decorated. I couldn’t find the hair dryer so I bought one and left it for future guests… no biggie. We had one issue arise and Frank was kind and immediately took care of it. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Very nice. Plenty of room. Would have liked Tv's in two extra bedrooms. And in condo washer/dryer would be nice. Have enjoyed the property for several years now and lookng forward to going back.

My family loved this property and the view well you have to see it to believe it. Only downfall were the kitchen appliances needs to be updated. But honestly I don’t go to beach to do a lot of cooking…lol! Definitely recommend this condo and hopefully will get the chance to stay here next year!

Quiet Neighborhood, Great Beaches

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property. Entrance into the condo was easy and the security guards gave a great sense of security after dark. The unit itself was a little dated. The plush carpeting was a surprise and posed some issues for my wife who has a bad knee and ankle. Everything else was great. We, unfortunately, had to cut our vacation short because of the coronavirus. We will certainly consider this proparty with our next vacation

Convenient Location

The location was right on the beach and convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The view of the beach, ocean and sunrise was awesome.

The place was very clean, but dated. The room with the 2nd king size, blind was broke and closets were crowded with extra house hold items that took up space, plus had to buy hangers. Owner was very responsive to some items needed, such as trash bags. Complex was very nice, and even had a great cookout lunch for the 4th! Great location!

Fun in the Sun

The location was perfect. The view of the beach outstanding. It was easy access to the beach. The condo itself needs updating. The bedroom closets were filled with junk. Wasn't able to store luggage in the closets. Bedroom windows were missing some verticals. The kitchen cabinets were filled with a lot of stuff. Inside the cabinets were dirty. We had to keep the food and items we bought with us on the counter. Aside form this we had a great time. The location was perfect for what we wanted. It is just minutes to restaurants and attractions.

Peaceful beachfront stay

This was a great condo in a great location. That first morning waking up to the view of the ocean was just “wow”. The condo was clean and spacious. The beach at the location was quiet. If you want a little more action, you are only a short drive to the boardwalk.

Spacious condo

This condo was a bit dated but very clean. It was plenty of room for my family. The only thing I would suggest is updating some of the kitchenware. It seemed as if it was a hogpog of things that were thrown into it and not really organized. The beach was beautiful and we didn’t have any issues finding a spot. It was nice to have a place to store your beach stuff on the bottom floor that way we didn’t need to haul it up to the condo everyday. While we were there one of the handles broke on the slider and Frank was very prompt getting it replaced. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent manager, old out-of-date condo

The location is excellent! Nice building with a lot of permanent residents (some of whom - not all - seem to resent the renters). This condo seems lost in time without acknowledging wear and tear over the years, nor the need to update anything. The decor is old "beach" rattan and the furniture is covered with ugly slipcovers that really need cleaning. The kitchen and baths are old and have not been renovated. They are also very small. We had problems with a toilet and the air conditioning which the manager tried to take care of promptly, but it was always the next day, so we had to endure. Finally he had to move us as the A/C could not be fixed and the temperature in the condo was over 85 degrees. It did get a new A/C for future guests. The most positive thing I can say is that the beds were very comfortable and slept well. I would not recommend this condo unless serious renovation is done.

Awesome view and very nice

We just got back from what was planned as a 5 night stay. We found it to be very clean with lots of room for the 5 of us. It was very quiet except for the sound of the ocean of course when we went out on the nice balcony which we loved. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need including a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip type. There was even a blender. The dishwasher was very quiet and worked well. We like the place so much that when we found out that it would be vacant for a few more days we decided to stay longer and extended our stay by 3 more days. It is very convenient to shopping. There is even a Tiki Bar on the beach just one building away at the Hilton which was a definite plus and surprise. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the carpet on the balcony was loose and needs to be secured. The sliding door was very difficult to close but I fixed it some by cleaning out the trash from the tray where the door slides, that had accumulated over the years probably from the last hurricane. It was for these reasons I gave it 4 stars. We would definitely stay there again.

While facility overall was as advertised, it appeared to be getting minimum attention. Sink drain out, not enough towels, porch needed cleaning, etc. Would not rent again.

A pleasure to rent

This is a beautiful, well-kept condo. The condo itself is in Arcadian II, older or not as well-maintained as Arcadian I next door, but the differences did not in the least impair our satisfaction with our visit (we paid $140/night, outstanding for a nice beachfront condo). I loved the roominess, the deep teal luxurious carpet, and the ease of access. The 4th floor location was high enough not to get beach-visitor noise, but low enough to feel connected with the ocean. When walking into the living room, the ocean is right there. This corner unit provides side as well as front and back windows. The kitchen was well-stocked; bedroom areas are private; parking is conveniently right out front. There isn't much beach at high tide; aim for low tide for playing and sun-bathing on the beach. This is a family-friendly unit, although pets aren't permitted; I expected that bathrooms might not be in the very latest styles, but neither is my home! It was very quiet; no intrusive beach-party noise or noise from other units. Ample trolleys are available in a covered area to the left of the front door. It was a pleasure to be there.
