Oceanfront 2 bed rooms and 2 full baths; Wi-Fi works at the pool and the beach. Nice walk in shower in the Master Bedroom. New wooden floors through out and colorful décor. Updated kitchen with all your needs. Master has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. There is a slipper sofa in the living area. A TV in each bedroom and the living area. Location in a quieter area half way between Myrtle and N Myrtle Beach.

Family vacation

Beautiful property. If you are looking for the most perfect view of the ocean then this is your place. Family had a great time. Everyone we met on the property were very nice.

I love this condo. To me, it’s a hidden gem in North Myrtle Beach. It’s quiet, safe and has easy access to the beach and pool. I appreciate the 24 hour security and multiple door codes. It’s also very convenient to everything in North Myrtle and has an amazing view of the ocean.

Stayed in late October beautiful view 16th Fl overlooking the ocean. Apt was clean no issues Owner was responsive Location was easy to access close to shopping restaurants

Gorgeously finished property with spectacular balcony views! Onsite security in the evenings made us feel extra safe. All other guests and owners were extremely friendly! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay, perfect for our family!

Property and condo were very well kept and clean. Beautiful view from condo, very easy drives to barefoot landing and broadway. Host communicated extremely well, and the check in process was extremely easy - a huge benefit for our autistic son. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. The only downside was the pool ended up being closed for half of our stay. They said something about the emergency call box not working so it was shutdown until repaired. They seemed to be on top of fixing it, but it wasn’t fixed in time for us before we left.

Fantastic stay!

I fell in love with this condo. The view is unbelievable and the condo itself is so comfortable. The property manager (Frank) and owner were very responsive when there was a Wi-Fi issue. It was promptly taken care of. There are codes to get into the building and then into the condo and security on-site at all times. The area is absolutely beautiful and it is centrally located to so many restaurants and it is only about a mile behind the Tanger Outlets. I will definitely put this condo on my favorites list and plan to stay here again.

The pictures don’t do it justice!

Apartment has great space with great amenities (no w/d in unit. It has a very large balcony that seats four and has a pristine view of the beach and the pool. It was decorated well. The security staff was friendly and helpful and all of the guest that we connected with during our stay were friendly and polite.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had no need to contact the host during our stay. Our “complaints” are housekeeping issues. The front door to the condo, the first impression, needs to be cleaned or repainted. Several towels in the kitchen didn’t appear to be clean. Our guest couple said that the mattress in the smaller bedroom needs to be replaced. The furniture is light in color needs to be shampooed. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, we bought more than what was available.

This is a beautiful, beach-front, property tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home! The sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were nothing short of spectacular. Quick and easy drives to many restaurants, shopping, and Myrtle Beach must sees! Best vacation spot yet!!

Breathtaking View

We loved our time at the beach. This was our second time staying at the Arcadian II Towers (although a different unit). The unit was on the 16th floor with breathtaking views. Lots of seating both inside and on the balcony. Beds were soft and master shower was phenomenal. Frank Bennett is a wonderful property manager. Always responses quickly to your questions. Will definitely be coming back again next year!

Beautiful

The condo is lovely. The views were absolutely beautiful. I would absolutely rent this condo again. If I had to pick one criticism, the shower head in the master bedroom needs to be soaked in CLR. I could see hard water build up. We have been vacationing in mrytlebeach for many years and this was the easiest rental process ever.

Nice stay

Condo was overall very nice. Looked exactly like in the pictures. View was amazing. The building was well maintained and clean. Loved that it had a security guard much of the time. Pool and beach were at our doorstep and we’re never too crowded, which I loved. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. I loved the shower in the master bedroom. My only complaints were that upon arrival, the condo could have used a bit more cleaning. Furniture was dusty, mirrors and glass were streaky and pots and pans were not as clean as I would have liked. My only other complaint was that the kitchen was not well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. For instance, the one and only large pot in the kitchen had burn marks on the whole bottom of the pot. There was 1 pot holder in the entire kitchen and the heat went right through it. There was only about 1 useful pot that was big enough and clean enough. This made it very challenging to cook meals daily, which we do quite a bit when we rent VRBO’s. Overall, a really wonderful stay. Just a few areas that need improvement.

Great Condo

Overall this was a great condo/location. The building is in a family oriented area i didn’t see or hear any huge parties or noise. Everyone was nice. Only thing I suggest is a mesh plastic or metal wiring along the balcony. We had little ones that were able to fit through the rails (we didn’t let them get close but we saw they were able to fit). The view was spectacular pictures dont do justice the place was clean and we had a great time.

Sisters trip! We had the best time! Unit was just as we expected. Perfect

The whole process was easy and amazing! Unit was just as described. Would recommend staying here to all friends and family. The only problem was minor and that was that the hair dryer in master bath didn’t get hot. Fabulous stay. Amazing views!
