White Pelican: Family-Friendly Home on Seagrape Lane

Summary:
White Pelican sits on charming Seagrape Lane, midway between the dock and the beach. It is spacious and comfortable with tons of outdoor deck space, a cozy tiki bar and large yard.

The Space:
This lovely inland home is only a two minute walk to the beach and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open floor plan with a wrap-around balcony. The master features a king bed with an en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen and a double with a bunk and a second bathroom in the hall serves those bedrooms.

The home boasts beautiful finishes and features granite countertops, custom cabinetry and even offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining area includes a large dining table that seats 6-8. The living area is spacious and open. The kitchen features sliding glass doors that open to the generous deck. The White Pelican also features a large, downstairs deck, perfect for outdoor dining, and a spacious downstairs outdoor shower. A pull-out couch in the entrance hall offers additional sleeping flexibility.

Downstairs, a festive tiki bar area offers a cozy spot for a family gathering, grilling or sharing the day’s fishing stories.

Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.

-Easement Dock - dock 51 -first come first serve, no boats greater than 24 feet (boat + motor)

-Complimentary concierge- meets you at the dock with a golf cart to assist with transporting your luggage and groceries to the home

Parking - $8/night ($10/night if you have a boat trailer) at Eldred's Marina where you meet the boat taxi

Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframe. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.

Long Term Rental Trash Charge- Trash pick up is $25/week for rentals over two weeks.

Early check-in/Late check-out -Check in is 4pm, Check out is 10 am. Early check in or Late check out may be available for an extra charge. Ask the booking manager for details
