1138 Summerwind is a stunning beach cottage located on Seabrook Island, offering spacious interiors thoughtfully curated with comfortable furnishings, an expansive screened porch with a living and dining area overlooking the tranquil surroundings, close proximity to the Island’s top attractions, and complimentary amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club for added luxury and convenience.

The spacious living area boasts classic coastal décor, comfortable sofa and accent seating to sit back and watch your favorite shows on the large flatscreen TV, a beautiful custom fireplace, as well as easy access to the screened porch through sliding glass doors. The expansive screened porch features a large sectional sofa with a flatscreen TV for your entertainment and a full picnic table—perfect for early morning coffee or dining alfresco.

Just off the living area is the designated dining area with seating for six and a full kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and everything you need to make a meal right from home. A laundry closet is also located off the kitchen so that you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores!

1138 Summerwind comfortably sleeps 6 guests throughout the 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV, private ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled shower, and private access to the screened porch. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, access to the private deck, and shares a full bathroom with bedroom three. The third bedroom offers two Twin size beds and a desk space, perfect for little ones!

This Summerwind cottage offers abundant outdoor spaces including a private deck with a gas grill, an expansive screened porch with a living and dining area, as well as two lower-level outdoor spaces—one conversation area perfect for afternoon refreshments and one with sun chairs.

Summerwind Cottages are located near the Seabrook Island Club and Ocean Winds Golf Course, a short bike ride or walk to the beach or club pools. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Walk or bike to the beach and club pools.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this residence

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of THREE (3) vehicles at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car pass fee is an additional $45 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
