This Rockford house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms. Each bedroom is nicely furnished with a king bed, a twin bed, and a queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. It Has a full kitchen with cooking untensils included.The living space has wrap around couch that’s placed in front of a floor to ceiling gas stone fireplace.The property also features 2 full bathrooms, complete with a bathtub and a shower. With amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine & dryer, WiFi, heating, and AC, your stay will be amazing. Fall in love with Rockford and enjoy the magic it has to offer.This home also has a spacious deck overlooking the all sports big crooked lake(152 acres )where you can enjoy watersports,fishing,or watching all the amazing wildlife. You may bring your own boat but must be cleaned and free from all invasive species.Must abide by all Michigan boating laws and BCL association rules.There is a dock for your boat and a boat launch to put it in .At night relax and have a glass of wine or make a bonfire and roast some smores!!Rockford Lowell grandrapids ada all are 15 min away and offer many cute shops,galleries,restaurants, bike trails,breweries,distilleries,they have it all!Owners boat is parked at dock so may see us passing through!Winter months enjoy skiing ,tubing,and bonfires at cannonsburg ski lodge.Enjoy breweries with outdoor igloos in the little town of rockford. Also ice fishing on the lake !!! Fun things to do all year round!!

Great spot for a family getaway/staycation! The beach and water were very clean and we had a great time swimming and fishing off the dock. The house was clean and just enough room for a couple of small families to get away together. Would book again!

Great family vacation

We had a great time! We enjoyed fishing, swimming, bonfires & boating everyday. Amber was a responsive, helpful & a great host. The house was clean & well stocked. Highly recommended & will likely return

Our 11th Annual Girls Trip

We booked this home for our 11th Annual girls trip and it did not disappoint! Such a beautiful and clean home. Not to mention the lakeview, deck, beach area and firepit with an ample amount of firewood! The hosts were extremely kind and responsive if we had any questions. We had THE BEST time and would highly recommend booking for your next vacation.

4 night stay

Great place for our family to have a little getaway for 4 nights. House is updated and the lakeside beach area was a highlight for our kids. Caught and released over a handful of bass off the dock and shore too. Bed was comfortable. We had great communication with the hosts and would book here again.

Wedding weekend

Stayed at this very nice centrally located lake house. Lots of space and sunshine. We would stay with Amber and Doug again. They were great hosts!!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had an outstanding Fourth of July weekend at this lakefront home in Rockford. The house was clean and nicely furnished with modern finishes. The yard was spacious and the owners supplied all kinds of activities to use. The sand beach was great for relaxing and for the kids to play in. Big Crooked Lake was terrific for boating and swimming, the dock provided was very convenient. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We have nothing but nice things to say about this property and are grateful for the opportunity to stay here! We’d come back for sure.

Wonderful Lake Getaway

Had a wonderful few days here with my 15-year-old son. Loved the location and the lake. The house has been very nicely updated - the owners clearly take great care to ensure a pleasant stay. A highlight for us was the two kayaks - we really enjoyed exploring the lake.Amber is a wonderful host. She stopped by one evening to let us know that she needed to check on the air conditioner. We’d not even noticed a problem. She was on it, had a repair man out the next day and kept us up to date on everything. I really appreciated that she took care of it before it even became a problem. (I only mention it here as an example of her responsiveness.)The house had everything we needed. And really appreciated the extra touches to make it that much more comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Our family of six have lived here for the last 11 years and have loved every minute of it. Our four children grew up with wonderful neighbors and a amazing childhood.They enjoyed fishing,tubing,kayaking,knee boarding, catching bullfrogs,swimming,nightly bonfires,family gatherings,star watching,and just relaxing by the water .We enjoyed grilling and having dinners on the deck as a family.We also enjoy all the small towns around us . They offer recreational activities and breweries,restaurants,bakeries,fine dining,toy shops,candy stores,unique gift stores,antique shops,salons,boutiques,comic books stores and more.There are many walking trails,bike trails. And parks all around the area.

We chose to live here because we love the outdoors and small town feel with a big city only 20 min away .we love the beautiful lakes and nature beauty rhodes that surround the area.

Our property is locates right on the water and has beautiful views .The beach area is great for swimming and building sand castles or just laying our in the warm sun.The dock is great for fishing . The yard is great for yard games and hanging out.The deck is large for family to hang out and have dinner and just watch the sunset.
